The apartment is spacious, modern and clean. Location is great - 10 min by car to the airport and around 30 min by bus to Venezia. The bus stop is 3 min away from the place and it is direct travel to the island. Our host was amazing and so helpful. She gave us many sights recommendations, transport navigations and even booked taxis for us. Lovely place with the loveliest host! I will definitely visit again.

The location of this property is great — very quiet and peaceful. Although it is a bit far from the center of Venice, there is a direct bus, so getting there was not a problem at all. The apartment is very clean, spacious, and well organized, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Overall, it is a great place to stay for a short trip to Venice if you prefer not to overpay for accommodation on the island.
I personally find having a washing machine important when traveling with family and sleeping in the apartment. Also, I didn't like the emphasis on sorting and disposing of the garbage before leaving. I think it would have been reasonable to leave it in the apartment.

Very beautiful new house, car parking is on a property, safe location, supermarket and bus stop 5 min away, very nice and friendly owner.
Mattress and pillows on full bed were very uncomfortable. All furniture in apartment is very cheap. No coffee maker with filter, no dishwasher, no washer. It takes 30-40 min to get to Venice. Church bells wakes you up every early morning.
