Lovely and convenient place! Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. A little sad we didn’t see any donkeys. Only suggestion for improvement would be to provide more than one pillow per person.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Only a 3-4 min drive to the airport. The grounds are beautiful with lots of plants, a garden to relax and of course the farm animals. The donkeys are so cute and friendly. I spent a good amount of time with them. There’s also a very cute grey tabby cat on premises. Only bad was the A/c didn’t work well

Really cool place to stay in the Venice suburbs. Very friendly and helpful desk staff and beautiful grounds. Comfortable bed and very clean. Very close to the airport and a bus ride away from the Venice train station.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The location is perfect, providing easy access to the main points of interest. The staff was extremely attentive, friendly, and always ready to help, making my stay even more pleasant. The room was comfortable, clean, and very well equipped, ensuring perfectly restful nights. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, a great location, and impeccable service. Near the airport - 5 minutes

Big room. Great breakfast and coffee /juice. Only complaint is only 2 pillows but other than that it was great. I’m sure they would’ve accommodated us with more pillows, but we arrived at 1 AM.

Our stay was very nice. We booked a glamping tent and everything seemed to be brand new. Very close to the airport, yet it seemed a bit like being on a farm. One can hear the planes at night, especially through the tent walls. It gets chilly at night, but the tents are very comfortable and enough blankets are provided. The staff is beyond kind and nice. They recommended a nearby restaurant which was EXCELLENT. If you are a night pee-er I would recommend booking a room or cabin as the bathrooms for the tents are outside of the tents. Overall a beautiful property and farm animals to see.

The place is amazingly beautiful and the staff is incredibly nice! Great breakfast, rooms are beautiful and clean. We had the chance to have a stove. We really enjoyed our stay. The only negative thing is the bed.. we slept in a big sofa bed and we could feel the springs... we didn't sleep well but the rest is amazing. The fact they have animals is fun too, they have donkeys and sheeps. We enjoyed petting them. Great place!

We are in a bungalow which is set up very nicely and super fun for kids. It is super clean and has a kitchenette. The grounds are stunning and have many seating options scattered about to enjoy the greenery. There are also donkeys and sheep and chickens. It’s amazing to be so close to the airport and to Venice and feel like you’re in the middle of nature.

This is the cutest place to stay. We were only there for one night with a very early morning flight, but we enjoyed our stay. There was a massive electrical storm during the night, and the huts still offered good protection. At one point there was a loud pop as though something was struck by lightning, but the power stayed on and we were safe. The night before, we enjoyed a take out dinner on the veranda. The only negative is that there is not much by way of food around if you have no car. Walking 10 minutes on lenway gets you access to only 1 establishment.

Our family loved this hotel! There were plants everywhere, animals to pet, multiple places to relax, great service, yummy breakfast, close to the airport and downtown Venice, as well as a great price! We stayed in the new tent cabins the first night and an apartment the next. Both were comfortable and clean. We definitely recommend this place and we would stay again! Only downside was that it wasn't walkable to downtown Venice. We recommend taking a taxi to town for less than a bus. Restaurants within walking distance.
