Puri Arta Villa

Lovely villa with its own pool. Good sized bedroom, large, comfortable bed with good mosquito net. Spacious outdoor but under cover kitchen, dining and lounging area with view over paddy fields. Large bathroom with unusual and enjoyable semi open air shower!! A really pleasant, relaxing place to be. Good breakfast included. Owner Alex was lovely and really helpful. Scooter hire available from Alex. Shop and a selection of restaurants close by. Can’t fault it!

I really appreciated the friendly staff and the peaceful location, which was still just a short walk from the city centre.

We absolutely LOVED our 6 nights at Puri Arta. It was peaceful, private, and relaxing. We loved sitting outside on the porch. The bed and bedding were comfortable. The shower was hot and had good pressure. Internet was fast and reliable. The pool was the perfect temperature and has a great filter system so it was always clean. What a treat to have our own pool! There were several restaurants and a mini-mart that were walkable. To get into the center of town, you need to use the local ride-hailing app which is easy, quick, and cheap. The host was kind, responsive, and respectful of our privacy. He gave us some great tips. The 2 service providers he referred us to were also fantastic. Dedet the private driver was safe and reasonably priced. And the therapist we got via the spa service that comes to the villa was one of the best either of us has ever had (ask for Komang Wedayani, she's amazing!). Could not have asked for a better stay!

The kitchen was absolutely fine for storing drinks and snacks, and reheating a few things on the stove top. It could be a bit better equipped for more substantial cooking. The breakfast was a little small for my husband, he supplemented with some yogurt or fruit, but it was plenty for me, and was delicious!
