Casa Rama Villas Ubud

La habitación era cómoda, grande y decorada con mucho gusto. La piscina y el salón/ cocina del exterior eran increíbles. El personal muy amable y atento.

El acceso de la calle a la recepción debería mejorar ya que no es fácil ni acceder en coche ni a pie.

とってもおしゃれで綺麗だった。サービスも良かった。朝ごはんも美味しかったです。周りが田んぼで静かだった。

車が止まれるところからビラが遠いので最初に来た時どこかわからなかった。

I ragazzi della reception sono adorabili e disponibilissimi. La villetta è stupenda, esattamente come in foto, un paradiso. Estremamente pulita.

La posizione non è tra le migliori, ma in 4 minuti a piedi si arriva su una strada principale.

Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Outside verandah was good. Good view over the rice paddies.

Access was very difficult. Had to walk to taxi pickup. Difficult for people with mobility issues. Little signage and taxis reluctant to use the one access road as narrow and pot holed. The staff were very pleasant and helpful but need training in hospitality and or an experienced manager. The breakfasts fell short of reviews - cold, buns stale, eggs undercooked. Again, staff did their best with a very small kitchen. Shower drains blocked.
