Great place to stay, we had a very good stay after difficult access.

The apartment contains everything to make a great stay. The owner has gone to lengths to make it comfortable and has absolutely everything on hand.

Only concern was confusing entry details. Initially could not access property until details provided after phone and email contact. Could be fixed by simple point by point directions.

Charming place in beautiful Aix

The apartment was absolutely lovely for a few nights stay! There were 4 of us and we had enough space and everything we need. Stephanie was a great host and very accommodating! Easy check in and check out. Garage is definitely a plus.The place was spotless and on an amazing location. If we return to Aix, we would stay here again.

Small apartment with Parking

It was not far from the center of Aix, but it was quite complicated to enter the apartment. The bed was comfortable, and there was a first aid kit, which I've never seen before.

Booked for 2 people for 2 nights - 1 bath towel provided - 2 coffee pods - used pod still in machine. Poor bedding Loud traffic noise from nearby busy road. Over complicated entry and exit procedures.

Property was ok......

Location, Garage and powerful shower. The checkin instructions provided by Stephanie were extremely useful and easy to follow.

Washing machine didnt work or else it was too complicated to use. Only one pedestal fan in the bedroom and nothing else in the living area. Didn't attempt to use sofa bed as there was no fan present.

Convenient and comfortable property to explore Aix and the surrounding area.

The property was very well equipped and was conveniently located to walk to the town centre. It was quiet and secure and the small balcony was a bonus. The parking included was very useful although it would not be suitable for a larger than medium sized car.

Fantastic location with great access to Vieux Aix (great host)

Stephanie provided amazing instructions about how to get into apartment and the garage. The apartment is well located within walking distance of Vieux Aix-en-Provence. The apartment was very nice and clean, and the kitchen was well equipped so that we could cook things ourselves. We highly recommend this location and would stay there again.

L'emplacement géographique proche de l'hypercentre, le garage, le lit 160, l'intérieur coquet, la vue.

Un peu trop bruyant (le joint des fenêtres laisse passer le bruit du trafic routier, fenêtres fermées en novembre). Nous sommes un couple avec des horaires décalés, je l'avais bien spécifié à la propriétaire qui nous avait répondu qu'il n'y aurait pas de problème, que l'on pouvait rentrer et sortir indépendamment. Or Il n'y avait qu'1 badge vigik pour accéder à l'entrée du bâtiment, nous ne pouvions plus être indépendants, cela a créé une situation très inconfortable pour les deux, de plus l' interphone ne fonctionne pas dans l'appartement, et également le badge ne fonctionnait pas pour accéder au garage, on devait sortir par le portail du garage, lieu de passage des véhicules.

Tolles Apartment im 5. Stock mit Aufzug. Ich konnte auf Anraten der Gastgeberin mein eBike mit auf's Zimmer nehmen. Schön großer Balkon Richtung Norden.

Apartment liegt etwas außerhalb und direkt an einer viel befahrenen Bundesstraße o.ä. mit entsprechendem Geräuschpegel auf dem Balkon/ bei offenen Fenstern.

Bell'appartamento non lontano dal centro

L'appartamento è molto bello e ben curato. Si nota una grande attenzione anche alle piccole cose , come ad esempio i cestini in bagno con cotone, le cialde del caffè e la brocca dell'acqua in frigorifero. Le indicazioni sono impressionanti, un libro che spiega passo a passo tutto in casa con istruzioni e fotografie, tanto che non avendolo mai trovato da altre parti, all'inizio non lo abbiamo neppure guardato :)...complimenti a Stephanie! La casa non è comunque semplice e necessita di queste istruzioni soprattutto per il recupero delle chiavi, il garage, l'utilizzo dell'ascensore etc...è stata un po' come una caccia al tesoro, ma con istruzioni chiare. Abbiamo avuto qualche inconveniente all'arrivo ma Stephanie ha prontamente risposto.

La cosa che più ci ha lasciati perplessi è il fatto che eravamo in 4 e che il divano letto non era stato fatto. Abbiamo dovuto smontare noi (seguendo le istruzioni) il divano e poi cercare le lenzuola che erano chiuse in un sacco e accoartocciate. Un po' più di cura ci avrebbe sicuramente dato un'impressione differente. Il problema, come ci è stato spiegato, era che la signora delle pulizie non aveva capito che eravamo in 4

zentrale Lage. Genug Hand-, Badetücher. Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher vorhanden. Versorgung mit Oropax, Wattestäbchen, Wattepads.

Sauberkeitsproblem: Sofabed aufgeklappt, nicht sauber, mit Krümelresten. Geschirr, Besteck und Topf mit nicht sauber entfernten Essensresten. Sollte vom Gastgeber vor neuem Gast überprüft werden. Nachdem wir Gastgeberin Stéphanie Lami bei Abreise via email über die obigen Mängel informiert haben, haben wir bedauerlicherweise keine Rückmeldung bekommen. Schlüsselabgabe komplizierter als notwendig, idealerweise könnte man die Schlüssel in den Briefkasten zurücklegen, wie bei anderen Ferienwohnungen. In diesem Fall: Garagenfernbedienung musste in die Wohnung, Plastik-Vigik, Wohnungsschlüssel zurück in die Masterbox an einem Geländer auf dem Platz vor der Wohnung. Garagengrösse nur für Kleinwagen. Schnellstrasse bei offenen Fenstern laut. Optimierungsbedarf: Bettdeckenbezug für dickere Decke nicht vorhanden. Wohnung ohne Spülmaschine.

es war in Ordnung, die Lage machte vieles wett

Die Lage war super, auch der Blick vom Balkon auf die Kathedrale war traumhaft, der Balkon liegt tagsüber im Schatten, die Wohnung hat richtige Rolläden, so dass es nachts richtig dunkel war und tagsüber die Hitze draußen gehalten werden konnte. Supermärkte & Bäckereien in Laufdistanz, ebenso Busbahnhof, die Konzerte durch das Konservatorium direkt nebenan waren lustig, im Haus war es total ruhig, ich glaube Autofahrer freuen sich über den Tiefgaragenplatz, Zugreisende über die Nähe zum Busbahnhof

die Matrazen waren zu hart, die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr basic, ein kleines Schneidemesser, ein funktionierendes Licht über dem Herd, Deckel für die Töpfe und ein Schöpflöffel für Soße hätte mich gefreut, ebenso wie mehr Handtücher, das digitale Türschloss hat uns in den Wahnsinn getrieben, ist aber der Kulturunterschied die laute Straße nervte

L’appartement est parfait, adapté aux bébés et enfants ( lit bebe a disposition, chaise haute…), très bonne communication, tout y est pour passer un bon séjour.

部屋がひろく、清潔。タオルなどの設備は整っていた。調味料なども完備。大きな冷蔵庫、洗濯機、電子レンジなど、お風呂もバスタブがあり、快適。5回なので、眺めが素晴らしい。

オーナーがバカンスで不在。まず、建物に入ることができなかった。しばらく待って、住民に入れてもらく。部屋には入ることができた。暗証番号で。しかし、建物に入る鍵の在りかが不明。結局、住民の方に全面的にお世話になり、捜してもらい、2日目からアパートに入ることができた。特別な鍵が、探せなかった。思いもかけないところに、保管してあり、住民の方も分からず、その方がオーナーに電話して、ようやく探してくれた。しかし、6日間、一度もテレビを見ることができず、洗濯機の使い方、ごみの出し方がわからず、すべて住民の方に御世話になった。説明などはすべて、フランス語。わたしは英語しかできない。オーナーはフランス語のみ。このアパートはフランス語の出来る方にお会勧め。それと、オーナーがバカンスでいないときは、お薦めしません。一度もオーナーに合えませんでした。
