It has a great location as its very close to the Taipei Main Station, first floor has a MacDonald, close to many restaurants and shops

The hotel is located at level 10 and 11 and there is no issue with taking lift. Our family room is spacious and the beds are comfortable. If you are booking private transport, you can ask driver to pick up at Guan Qian Lu Macdonald. The location is very near to Taipei main station and near to exit Z4 and Z6. If you are taking AirPort Express train, it is recommended that you walk by the main road (about 10 min walk) instead of underground train walkway. No breakfast is provided and we have no problem in buying breakfast from nearby eateries. There is a Starbucks near the hotel which serves good breakfast. Our toilet door cannot closed properly and it was repaired very quickly after informing the staff. There is a lounge at level 11 which serves free flow of coffee and tea.
Nothing much. Room cleaning is done once for our 7 nights stay. We have no problem with that.

Location was superb. Room was clean and comfy. Got a box of cookies when checking in which was a nice touch.
Entrance to the hotel wasn't very obvious. It shares a building with 2 other hotels, and some businesses, so it looked more like an office entry. Once we spotted it, it was easy enough though.

It had a good location and Kevin was friendly. The room was spacious.
It had a moldy smell and we had to get a dehumidifier and keep it running a lot. It also had cracked tiles in the bathroom.
