B&B Nest on the Lake

De ligging en accommodatie zijn prachtig. Je kan gebruik maken van de sup om het water in te gaan. Op 10 minuutjes rijden zit je in het centrum van Bellagio.

Op voorhand moest je 250 euro waarborg storten op een Italians rekeningnummer. Ik vond dit zeer verdacht omdat het niet een standaard betaling via Booking zelf was. Eenmaal aangekomen op de locatie was alles perfect.

This is a very lovely B&B, the location is right on the lake front with a little beach however be aware the town you are in can be limited to a few ferries a day if you do not have a car, however there is a bus stop just outside to go to Bellagio and come! The family were lovely and friendly and kindly allow guests to use paddle boards/kayaks which were brilliant. The views of the property are incredible, uninterrupted views from the window and balcony of the lake which was amazing, we unknowingly booked for the weekend of the San Giovanni fireworks and had a sensational view of these from our room. There are a couple of restaurants around the village/town which were recommended by the hosts.

Breakfast was expensive for what it was so we only had this once- very small selection of cereals, toast, fruit and yoghurt (10€ pp/pn). Beds were made each day however floors were not vacuumed daily and if you have been on the beach this can get a bit sandy, also towels were not changed daily.

From the moment we arrived at the B&B Nest on the lake, we were absolutely enchanted. The location is unbeatable—right on the lake with breathtaking views that change with every hour of the day. Waking up to the serene waters of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains felt like a dream. The property itself is immaculate with old world charm. Every detail, from the cozy yet elegant décor to the modern amenities, reflects a perfect blend of comfort and style. The rooms are spotless, spacious, and filled with natural light. The balcony overlooking the lake was our favorite spot for morning coffee and evening wine. What truly sets this place apart is the hospitality. The hosts were warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. They provided excellent local recommendations for dining and activities, ensuring we experienced the best of Lake Como. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with stunning views and exceptional service, the B&B Nest on the lake is the place to be. We left feeling refreshed and already planning our return. Highly recommended for couples, families, or anyone seeking a slice of paradise!
