Breakfast was freshly made each day with a variety of local and standard breakfast foods. The property was well located with bus stop out the front, laundromat across the road. Good air-conditioning in the room. Several very good restaurant/dining options within walking distance. Ferry stops on the lake walking distance.
The property was on a busy road which was a little noisy, but they did provide ear plugs. The noise did not bother me and I did not use the ear plugs. Better pillows would be nice.

Daniela and Julieta were wonderful and kind and helpful. We walked to a very lovely restaurant and Villa Balbianello. There is also a great gym where you can buy a day pass right across the street. The breakfast was great, lots of cakes and cold items and you can order eggs and coffees too.

The hotel was clean, super easy to find (with the bus stop literally right in front of the place), and the AC, during 35C weather, was life changing haha. Daniela is super kind and funny, it felt more like I stayed at a friends house who I haven’t seen in 15 years rather than some generic, overpriced hotel. Loved everything about it.
