Ein traumhaft ausgestattes Haus mit einem wunderschönen Garten und Pool. Die gesamte Anlage ist in einem sehr gepflegten und sauberen Zustand. Die Kommunikation mit unserem Gastgeber Maurizio funktionierte, trotz meines immer noch sehr schlechtem Italienisch, problemlos. Zwei sehr gut ausgestatte Küchen und zwei Bäder sind für große Familien ausreichend. In dem weitläufigen Haus gibt es Rückzugsmöglichkeiten und mehr als genügend Schlafplätze.
Bei der Buchung sollte Booking.com fairerweise auf die externen Stromkosten hinweisen und nicht im Kleingedruckten auf Englisch. Bei drei Wochen Aufenthalt kann hier ein nicht zu unterschätzender Betrag zu Stande kommen. Die Innentreppe zum Kellerbereich ist für Kleinstkinder nicht ungefährlich.

La casa è bellissima...siamo stati qui in 6 adulti e 4 bambini e tutto era perfetto...l esterno curatissimo, piscina bellissima e ben tenuta come tutto il giardino. A disposizione anche un barbecue, sdraie tavolo esterno...insomma fantastica, ben appartata verso l'esterno. La casa è organizzata benissimo internamente, cucina ampia, sala grande, TV in tutte le stanze, wifi funzionante. Distanza soli 3km dal mare da una spiaggia enorme, bella e selvaggia. La zona è tranquillissima,vicina a capalbio, al giardino dei tarocchi...(5 minuti)...
A tutto questo aggiungo che Maurizio è gentilissimo e disponibilissimo...insomma consigliatissimo tutto sia per weekend lunghi che per settimane intere sia in famiglia che in gruppo.
