Our stay was very enjoyable. The staff were very friendly and polite, and the food was varied and delicious. However, we were a bit disappointed that Greek coffee wasn’t available in the mornings. The rooms were clean and pleasant, though slightly on the small side. Each bed had only one pillow, and the mattress was quite soft. I had requested twin beds but was given a double instead. They did offer to separate the beds, which they did, but with only a small gap between them. Overall, we had a very good stay.

Decent hotel with good location, super-small rooms, worn out furniture and appliances.

Good location, short walk to the beach, plenty of parking places.

Very crowded, small rooms, especially when travelling with kids. The only four star hotel where the water was not free. We had a pool side room and since the AC was smelly and poorly placed in the room, we had to sleep with the terrace door open and you could hear all the neighbors no matter where they were. Hotel rooms looked like a 2 star hotel, with a super small and poorly ventilated bathroom, with worn out shower, sink and mirror. If you want a quiet holiday this is not the place. It is mostly family oriented, with a decent bufet at breakfast and dinner and very few attractions within the complex. I would rate it at 3 stars .

Don’t recommend

I really like the location of the hotel.

I did not like the attitude of the staff. The reception was the most horrible part (unprofessional employees). Also they need to renovate all the rooms as they are very dirty and old fashioned. Last, they need to clean the rooms better as the bathroom was disgusting.

Excellent

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the location is good, near the beach, the facilities are good, we enjoyed our room just near a pool but we also had access to the other pools. The food was good, we always had options to choose from (you have to pay for the drinks). In our last day we received a really nice gift from the hotel (a bottle of wine and fruits), it was unexpected and really appreciated.

Horrible!

Nothing really

We went on vacation expecting to relax and enjoy ourselves, but this hotel completely ruined the trip. From the moment we arrived, the service was apathetic and unprofessional. The staff acted like guests were an inconvenience rather than paying customers. No body speaks proper english, the stuff were extremly rude. The food - Absolutely inedible. Low-quality ingredients. The so-called “buffet” looked and tasted like leftovers from the previous day, and the restaurant staff seemed to care even less than the front desk. Most of the food was expired and spoiled. Don’t waste your money or your time. There are far better options out there.

Very good

We had to stay for a night at this hotel because of flight issues and the hotel that we are.originally staying at was fully booked and couldn't accommodate us. We really just stopped over for the night but the rooms were clean and comfortable, the place looks good and it's I think its good value for money.

We booked 3 rooms with children and our rooms were far apart. But I guess they were fully booked so that can't be helped.

the beds were ultra comfortable, the food was ok, but it was on a bit on the cheap side - lack of choice and it was not very tasty. Just ok - probably good value for the money, but this is greece - you want to eat squit and octopus and tzatzdiki and gyros and their traditional meals, not continental breakfast amd dinner

Great hotel, lovely stay. We feel relaxed after our vacation. Staff are very friendly, hotel has wonderful amenities, everything is clean, food is fantastic, many parking options. If i have to grade it is 10 out of 10.

The breakfast and dinner were good. Kindly staff in restaurant. There is no free water during breakfast and dinner, so one water mashine in restaurant is good idea.

Excellent food, also the swimming pool was great. Every evening there is a special event organized - quiz, Greek music, dancing for the kids. Wonderful green spaces. Staff was very friendly.

There is no single bench in the whole hotel complex - not even near the playground for the kids. The parents have to stand and wait while the kids are playing. In those nice green areas you can't sit anywhere and enjoy the complex. Please buy some benches asap. The pathway to the beach is very steep and consists of hundreds of steps

The facility itself-garden, builldings, surroundings, especially the pools. A lot of trees including the evergreen combined with olives. Exceptional food. Nice personnel in the restaurant and housekeeping.

Front desk personnel unprofesionalism. Extremely high prices of drinks, especially water. The internet connection. Lack of parking places inside the hotel yard.

Near the sea, good conditions, good taste to dinner food

The boy from reception take us first ,, for free.. a room with pool view but too hot with sun all the day. After one day we fixed this and we taked our room with park view with more shadow
