Perfect vacation at a very nice place.

The beach was nice and nearby. The food was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful.. There were good entertainment programmes, and especially for kids.

The placement of the long mirrors, which run almost the entire length of the apartment, may not be to everyone's taste, as the mirrors make it meaningless to separate the bedroom and living area of the apartment. Perhaps placing them on the opposite wall would be more appropriate.

Great for families, high prices.

Almost perfect beach, everything you need on a vacation within the resort, no need to go anywhere, good store, great breakfast, superb beach, staff.. It is a dream vacation, where you don't need a car on any transportation while you are there.

The dinner gets boring after a few nights, there is some variety, but it is like 5 % of the food. Also, the prices on the beach bar and pool bar are really higher than expected, which reduces the time spent there. Also the animation at night both for children and for adults may be with more variety. Please keep in mind that this is a family resort, if you are a couple you will not going to like it.

Pleasant but definitely overpriced.

The hotel was overall good, the staff were friendly at most, the food was nothing special, but it wasnt bad. The beach is better than the most in Metamorfosi. The room’s terrace is quite big. Special thanks to the beach bar personal.

The room’s design is not good… the open bathroom space is a joke… when you take a shower it starts leaking toward your bed… the toilet started to leak every night and its annoying to hear it. We had some issues getting a cot (no matter that we wrote that we need one even before arrival).. it was provided after my wife wrote an official complaint and requested a refund… overall the hotel is at the border of 4 stars. A bit overpriced for the service.

Perfect stay for 5 days with family. Very good food, great rooms, with suits you have very good beach area included. Very clean room, very spacious. Entertaining every night.

Lovely holiday in Blue Dolphin

The hotel is really beautiful , I can’t believe how clean was it and bless all the amazing stuff working in there! So hard working young people especially in the restaurant, everything was so good organised especially with the breakfasts and dinners. The whole complex was really lovely, green and so so clean! The sandy beach is not far , maybe 3-4 min walking , with sun-beds and wooden gazebos . Everything was perfect! Definitely we will visit it again🫶

Everything was perfect just the everything show needs improvement, for example at 8:30pm was the children disco with mostly baby songs, or at 9:30 pm show which was not suitable for children at all.

The beach, the park within the complex are very nice! Thumbs up for the entertainment team, very good dancers that send us the feeling of good mood! The beach bar service that was improved in the 2nd half of our stay (we appreciated it). The complex is clean.

The shower (with transparent glass) is actually in the middle of the room. The minibar means a very small fridge (smallest we have even seen) and no beverage was put in during our stay. The TV was undersized compared to room size. The food is terrible- repetitive, sometimes not well cooked, not tasty. Also at dinner beverage (incl. water) needed to be ordered and paid. Ok with this, but in the last 3 days there was nobody to whom to order it.. The restaurant gives the impression of a canteen rather than a 4* hotel restaurant. Serving in the complex is rather bad, had to wait a lot sometimes to place the order (and it was not a "rush hour", check came before the ordered beverages, all waiters came separately after bringing each order and asked "can you pay me know?"). We had the feeling that the "checklist" had to be fulfilled for 4* (big room. minibar, etc), but hotel doesn't actually care about comfort for granting good services for its clients. Sorry, but we don't consider a good value for the money we paid.

Beautiful and relaxing place

So beautiful and the room was so big with a huge balcony and breathtaking views. The included breakfast and dinner was amazing with limitless options of food. Super clean and the pool was nice and heated.

It is a bit far from grocer shops or restaurants. You need 6 minutes by car. But mostly, that we had to pay for everything extra (for pool towels, drinks during dinner). Coffee and mini market from hotel is super expensive.

Exceptional

We were fascinated by the garden. Our baby enjoyed the view of the trees when walking around the hotel with the stroller. Also, the apartment is super modern and very big with a great balcony. Everything is perfectly clean. The staff was really polite and helpful and the food was fresh and tasty. :) We also enjoyed the autumn swimming in the pool.

This was our second stay in Blue Dolphin and we fell in love again to this wonderful place! Rooms are great, outstanding service, good animation team, everything is clean and well managed. Food is delicious and very good variety. we will be back!

Perfect stay

The location is perfect, the rooms were very clean and well made. It is much better in reality than in photos. There is mini golf, tennis court, etc. in the hotel area. Staff is very friendly, meals were good. Pool is very good also, and the beach is very nice.

Toilet has a matte glass door and every sound is heard in the entire room.

Clean, spacious rooms. Good variety of food options. The grounds are well kept and there are lot’s of activities (pool, table tennis, tennis, basketball, gym, sauna).

The food at the beach bar is poor e.g. Caesar’s salad was just chicken and iceberg, so we ate lunch at the pool bar where it was much better.

Amazing.

The room we booked has a huge veranda, facing the sea, which made the view from the balcony amazing. The stuff was polite, kind and always ready to help. And...last but not least, there were no sunbeds reserved, with towels on them early in the morning. One could find sunbeds by the pool even if they came later. The menu from the restaurant à la carte was delicious - congrats to the chef and to those people making the atmosphere so enjoyable.

Well.... it's not that I didn't like, but it would have been more efficient if the smaller bathroom had the shower and the bigger bathroom had the bathroom tub.

Absolutely did not like that water was not included. Not even a glass of water with your dinner. I found this to be very cheap and tacky. Add a few dollars and include juices/water/coffee.

- Rooms cleaned daily, everything is cleaned thoroughly (shower cabin glass scrubbed daily, dust is cleaned, floors are mopped...) - Room is very spacious, recently renovated and pleasant to stay at - Pine forest next to the hotel providing shade and keeping you cool from hot Greek sun - Food was ok, plenty of choices - Polite staff - Good WiFi available everywhere

- No reservations for the hotel beach sunbeds for hotel guests, you can end up without a spot if random people show up - Hotel beach is kinda okay, but i was not able to relax, about 50% of the sea is with sand sea floor, the rest has some terrible tall grass sea grass (tall up to 0.5 meters), you do NOT want to step into that. You have to be conscious all the time where you are swimming or you must stay in the first 2-3m where it's very shallow. - Hotel is kinda in the middle of nothing, if you don't have a car don't bother coming here. Metamorphosi is near, but there's almost nothing until you reach it and it's not a pleasant walk, we were driving all the time

Nice and clean hotel

Our room was very spacious, clean and with nice view. We had everything needed. The surroundings were very nice - everything is green, there are many trees and flowers around. The beach is close to the hotel, organized well with free sunbeds and umbrellas and you may order drinks from the beach bar. There is nice entertainment in the evening with dance show near the pool.

The food could be more various and fresh, especially for dinner. The service at the beach bar is slow and the prices are higher compared with the taverns around and the quality which they offer.

the staff were polite

i went and turned back around twenty minutes later - this doesn’t deserve four stars, restaurant is like a cafeteria and extremely noisy. there are so many nicer places to stay in this area around the same price point. not a place if you want to relax.
