Beautifull setting with the castle and the garden. You can also eat outside under the trees, very beautiful setting and romantic. Rooms were big, good airco, good shower.

In the big bedroom only 1 small closet for clothes. Breakfast is 19€ for a good, but not exceptional, self-service buffet. So quite expensive. Not an (expresso) machine with good coffee what you could expect in such a location. you hear in the background always the highway. No options to eat lunch or dinner.

I was very disappointed with my experience at this hotel, mainly because of the way we were treated by the staff. Upon arrival, we were informed that they do not accept American Express, despite the hotel's policies clearly stating that they do. In fact, American Express is listed as the first accepted payment methods, and there is even a large American Express logo displayed at the hotel entrance. This was misleading and created an unnecessary problem at check-in. Because of this, we were left waiting in nearly 40°C heat while the staff took a very long time to remove the room amenities and empty the minibar. To my surprise, they even removed the bottles of water. I have never experienced anything like this before and found it extremely unwelcoming, borderline inhuman. The lack of professionalism and customer care was shocking. While service standards may vary from place to place, this level of treatment was unacceptable to me and certainly not what I expect from a hotel. I would not recommend staying here. A holiday with your family should be relaxing, not spent dealing with avoidable issues and poor customer service. Plus they have a tiny pool and no restaurant.
