Overall, a wonderful stay — I would come back again!

Everything was really great! The staff were exceptional — very friendly, communicative, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The location was great — quiet, convenient, and easy to reach.

The only thing that could make the experience even better would be having a small fridge in the room, but apart from that, everything was perfect.

A typical chain hotel--no suprises

This is a typical chain hotel. Everything is just as you would expect--clean, comfortable, no frills. Breakfast was good--lots of options. Parking is very convenient. The location was great for what we needed.

The bathroom was very compact. Just a little too tight for comfort. It had everything you need, just in very tight quarters.

Definitely recommend

The staff was very kind and very informative. I always felt taken care of. Special kudos to the roomkeepers who did their job impeccably and with discretion, and the breakfast staff who was cheerful and observant from early mornings. The beds are extremely comfortable.

the location was excellent for me; staff was VERY friendly, helpful, and supportive. The parking garage is a bit tricky (one needs to ring a bell for opening, the speaker seemed defect; but even that worked out well in the end.). The room was well lit and distributed intentionally. There was plenty of space to store clothes with many hooks and surfaces (loved it!). The mattress was firm, pillows well selected. There were 4+ wall plugs some of which had USB ports. The room was quiet and had a double door to the corridor. Breakfast offered a sufficient selection to satisfy this flexitarian tea drinker. Everything was fresh.

Overall, everything was clean. However, the bathroom could use some attention. The shower head showed signs of lime, and so did the tiles in the shower cabin. Two corners of the shower cabine showed first signs of fungus. the sealing should be replaced. My interpretation is that the cleaning staff could be more thorough and pay more attention to the shower cabins. The rest of the bath and bedroom were excellently clean and well in order.

One of two elevators did not work and the one in action was not acceptable. I lived on 4th floor.

Good enough for a short stay

Good location, clean and elegant rooms, very nice staff - both at the reception and cleaning staff :)

Both elevators are out of order, it was a problem with carrying luggage to the upper floors and a huge difficulty for the accompanying disabled person. No fridge or electric kettle in the room. Only one towel provided for each guest.

Great location! Clean apartment.

We loved the location close to all public transport to the center. We also loved how clean and quiet the apartment was and thd kitchen was well equiped.

We used the extra bed and didnt have any normal pillows to sleep. We also asked about parkkng and where they suggested we got a ticket.

ok stay close to pedestrian zone, but expensive for room quality

Close to downtown and quick to get out of town on highways, beds were comfortable, even though the beds only had a bedroll on a platform instead of a mattress. They allowed us to have a coffee for free but not breakfast. Nearby parking but not onsite or included.

The major road outside our window was loud into later hours at night. The AC basically is non existent and Ben though they advertise it. It isn’t cool and only works a few min before shutting off no matter what we did with the controls. The room is very small.

Convenient location to items of interest. Price was reasonable

Hotel advertised that they had air conditioning on Booking.com. However, the air conditioning was not turned on for the whole hotel. I guess booking.com needs to state whether the hotel has air conditioning or a WORKING air conditioner.

Clean, pleasant but not a good night's sleep.

Good breakfast, clean room, dog friendly.

Busy/noisy road so had to close the window, but even with the A/C on it was so stuffy in the room - not pleasant to sleep there. I think there's something wrong with the design of the room. We had room 339.

Everything was as good as it should be... lovely room, great staff, awesome breakfast! Served lovely pizza for dinner in the hotel.

excellent location close to historical center

this hotel is in a great location close to the historical center. we were here around Christmas time and walked to the Christmas markets and also down to the river. it’s a well maintained place bed was comfortable.
