Excellent family run B&B. Martin greeted us on arrival and made sure everything was to our liking.
This was our first time in the area and Martin and Pippa gave first class tips on places to visit.
When we came back looking like drowned rats having been caught in a sudden storm they offered to dry our sodden clothes and provide a spare raincoat.
Breakfast quality and choice were excellent.
Room very comfortable with amazing views.

Both Martin and Pippa were excellent hosts providing us with excellent advice on the area...Breakfast was amazing and the room was comfortable, clean and quite...perfect location to explore North Wales.
When we told them we were climbing Snowdon, they lend me their walking sticks which was an absolute godsend especially on the decent....Fantastic!!!
Shower could have a bit more powerful but was happy with it...not really and issue and I'm being a bit picky to be honest with you...Everything else was great!

Well located for exploring North Wales. Lovely room with a beautiful outlook. Martin, Pippa and Marion were so friendly and helpful and had great suggestions on places to visit. Sent off each day with delicious Welsh tea cakes and Bara brith.

The most amazing hosts EVER! Marian, Martin & Pippa were so welcoming, so helpful & honestly the most thoughtful hosts I’ve ever experienced, I felt like family. Wonderful location, great clean rooms, delicious homemade breakfast (with so many options!) & beautiful facilities. I would highly recommend to everyone & would absolutely stay again. I truly feel I got the most out of my time here in Wales because of their suggestions & help!
