Very friendly and great location about as good bang for your buck as one could hope for. Garden was gorgeous and staff were helpful!
Shared bathrooms were dirty on one morning but that’s not the staffs fault just part of sharing a room with people

Handy location close to metro and tram stations
The room did not have air conditioning, and the fan provided was old and falling apart, which made it difficult to keep the room comfortable. The furniture and overall room condition felt quite dated and tired. The TV was very small, and although the mattress was nice and firm, it felt like sleeping directly on the springs underneath. There was no minibar in the room. A shared kitchen with a communal fridge is available, but the kitchen is locked at night, which limits access.
