Lisbon City Apartments & Suites by City Hotels

The apartment is well located, with easy access to the metro station. The check-in staff are very friendly, and the room was ready upon arrival, allowing for an early check-in. It comfortably accommodates up to three people and offers great value for the price. The room was also cleaned and sanitized daily.

Was on the street were 28 tram passes and quite close to the main square.

Our room was below the street level. So was a little claustrophobic. The only opening window was in the bathroom but I a sort of courtyard and didn’t feel 100% safe

The apartment was very clean, it was near public transport like bus stops and trams. The bathroom was very nice and clean and a good shower with hot water. There is a small fridge. The staff were in another building and they were very helpful and friendly.

The apartment was tiny. We struggled to get our suitcases in the door because there was no room between the door and the bed. The bed was okay but there pillows were very flat and not comfortable. There is not a normal window to see outside just a skylight so it felt very claustrophobic and if you want to open the skylight for fresh air you can only do this when it’s not raining as the design doesn’t stop the water from coming in side. There are a couple of small shelves but not enough space to unpack our bags. The noise from others going to the rooms is very loud. There were some takeaways close by but unfortunately nothing Portuguese really it was mostly kebabs and pizzas. I really don’t think the cost of this property was worth the value of what we paid.
