The room was spacious and clean, featuring a well maintained bathroom with reliable hot water that made for a comfortable sleep. The location was perfect, offering easy access to nearby attractions. Staff were attentive and friendly, enhancing the overall experience. I would definitely rebook in the future.

I believe this hotel has nice aesthetics only. I picked the hotel based on reviews and videos but now believe that they may be paid advertising. The cleanliness was not there. Small details like the mini fridge was left dirty. There was a little desk/ table which was glass and you can see all the dirt and debris from previous guests and looks like it’s never cleaned. Carpet was also dirty with many stains, which grossed me out. Service was essentially non existent, the front desk person walked us to our room and didn’t even offer to help with bags. We added breakfast and personally, I can believe they call that breakfast. They provided 2 items with some croissants and fruit. The eggs were not edible to me. I didn’t specify a room but I don’t recall any info about a specific view, what I got was a view into someone’s apartment window and laundry within 4 ft. The location is not the worst if you like to walk. However, there isn’t much around and the crowd at night seems questionable. It takes about 20-25 mins to walk to city centre for anything you might need. Overall I was disappointed with this hotel.

Definitely worth staying. Tram 28 just nearby and access to old city very close. Room was lovely and spacious.
