We did self check in. The hotel was very comfortable with a balcony in our room. The price is affordable

The location is actually close to everywhere. However, the location of this hotel makes me a bit uncomfortable when walking at night.

The room itself was very small, and the sound insulation was extremely poor. My room was located directly opposite the reception area, which meant that in the morning I could hear everything happening at the reception. Guests and staff were speaking loudly, and there seemed to be no consideration at all for whether people in the rooms were still sleeping. When I arrived, it was already late at night. The hotel sent me a message saying that my key would be left in the locker next to the entrance. However, when I arrived, the key was not in the locker at all, but instead was placed in the key box at the reception. I later found an information card in the room stating that guests were required to return their keys to the locker themselves when checking out. However, it was clear that the hotel had not checked whether the previous guest had actually returned the key properly. This kind of mistake can cause unnecessary trouble for arriving guests, especially those arriving late at night. Overall, I found this to be a very basic and avoidable management issue. A simple check of the key locker before a guest’s arrival would have prevented a lot of inconvenience.
