Hostel 15

The property is centrally located, directly next to Metro and bus station. It is very clean and well maintained. I love that they have the AC which is really needed during summer. The staffs and the owner are all friendly too.

Some guests were very inconsiderate and played a very loud music on the hallway at night, also they were shouting and banging the doors. I informed the owner and about it and he responded quick.

Amazing people work in this place. It is very clean! Location is perfect, right next to tram 28, 15 min walk to the very center.

Conveniently located, Hostel 15 is easily accessible from the airport and close to the metro. It is also within walking distance of the city center. The location also allows for using the famous Lisbon trams, which still have space before getting downtown, where they will get packed. The biggest asset is the manager/owner - always helpful, ready to assist with advice or a recommendation, which helped us avoid some of the tourist traps. The rooms and facilities are clean and meticulously maintained. We also very much appreciated the possibility of luggage storage throughout our hike on the Fisherman´s Trail. Within walking distance, there are plenty of restaurants and little shops where one can get breakfast/lunch/dinner.

Due to the central location, the rooms facing the street can be a bit noisy; however, earplugs provide a convenient solution.

There was no air conditioning. Opening the window only let in a strong odor from restaurant ventilation. The mattress was sunken and uncomfortable, and the room furniture was in very poor condition. I couldn’t sleep at all due to extreme noise from other guests.
