This is a fun, funky hotel steps from public transportation. It is unique and safe, far enough from downtown that it isn’t loud but close enough to walk. Highly recommend!

At the beginning, we had slightly difficulties with our check-in process due to broken foscet in the shower, and again in another room but the staff were very cooperative and accepted our request for late checkout.
Rooms are spacious, well designed with coffee machine and microwave. They even refill capsules upon request.
The jacuzzi can be warmer and location is not in the most safe neighbourhood but in overall it's a 5 star stay!

The location is absolutely terrible, I don’t know how the location is scored well on all booking websites, but it is absolutely terrible. It is approximately 12 to 15 minutes walk to the city center, but for those 12 or 15 minutes, you are walking in the slums of Lisbon Which ruins the whole vibe of the trip. Also, if you want to change or drop some thing at the apartment, if your shopping or anything else, that walk is really not enjoyable and you will think twice staff is nice, but not engaging at all. You have to talk to them for a conversation to get started, but once you do, they are very nice and helpful. If you don’t talk to them, you can go an entire week without telling each other a single word. I would stay in the city center. Also, everything is so dark in, the hotel from the walls to the carpets to the hallways. Very very dark. There are approximately 20 Light switches in the room With a lot of them being redundant, getting to know which light switch turns on what is a whole game of its own. They specifically chose shampoo and conditioner bottles that only dispense a microscopic amount every time you press, so you have to press many many many times to get the tiniest amount. That is very frustrating and cheap in my opinion..
