The Haus Santa Bárbara I Lisbon

We absolutely loved our stay here as a family, especially while traveling with our 9-month-old! The building is modern, spacious, and equipped with elevators, making it very convenient. Located in a quiet neighborhood, it’s still incredibly accessible—just a 5-minute walk to the metro station. There are multiple nice restaurants, shops, and even two grocery stores all within a very short walk. Even with some construction nearby, the apartment was very quiet and felt completely safe. Traveling with a baby can be tricky, but the thoughtful amenities provided at no extra cost—like a crib, bathtub, high chair, and even plates and utensils for our little one—made everything so much easier. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and modern, and communication with the host was fast and efficient. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be staying here again when we come back to Lisbon!

Very clean and modern. Provided dishwashing items and clothes washing tablets, hair dryer and a steamer to iron out clothes.

Needed to keep shutters closed to give us privacy which made us feel closed in. As said in other reviews it would have been good to have a chest of drawers in main bedroom & a wardrobe in second bedroom. Also more towel hooks or something to hang up towels.

Modern self check-in via website—no keys, super easy. Very clean room and building. Fast, stable Wi-Fi—perfect for remote work. LG Smart TV with Netflix and entertainment apps. Comfy sofa and good setup to relax. Housekeeping was excellent—cleaned every day when we went out. Quiet and comfortable stay overall. Location in Anjos is great—close to Lisbon center. Easy to reach Baixa in about 10–15 minutes. Everything worked smoothly; I’d definitely recommend this place.

The location was good. Many options to eat in a very short distamce and easy to locate.

The cleaning service was terrible. They only stretched the bedding and removed daily trash and that was it. All the days we stayed they didnt swip or clean the bathroom as should have been. We personally saw to the cleaning because it was unbearable. When we asked them to swip they said only after we checked out. This means they only leave the appartment clean for the checking in guests.
