Our room was spacius, big barhroom, awesome mattress. So good i would buy one for my home. :) Rooms are clean, cleaned daily, new towels every day. Breakfast is good, variety of everything you would need no matter are you meat lover, vegetarian or vegan. Location is good, just 2-3 metro stations from historic center (Baixa-Chiado or Bairro Alto).
Some things begin to show signs of wear and tear, but nothing tightening few screws wouldn’t fix. ;)

The neighborhood could use some TLC. There is a lot of rubbish in the street.

Cleanliness was amazing, cleaning lady took care of our room every day automatically which was honestly nice surprise, one usually doesn't experience this in hotels for such price. The location was great, quick access to everything. Reception staff was friendly, sorted out everything quickly and we had no problem whatsoever. The facilities in the room were more than sufficient, comfortable beds, every day new towels, shampoos etc.

Very budget friendly and clean little room. Good for a short stay.
Extremely small / bad noise insulation. Expected a bigger room based off the pictures I saw.
