+ Preis gut + Fragen zur Buchung/Anmeldung/Registrierung an Hausverwaltung wurden schnell, freundlich und ausführlich beantwortet + Wunderschön eingerichtete Wohnung + Schöne Lage
-- von außen nicht wirklich einladend (Blick von oben ist auf das schönere Fachwerkhaus) - nicht ganz einfach zu finden - Codeschloss hat nicht immer zuverlässig funktioniert (wir dachten schon, wir kommen nicht mehr rein und müssen Nachts jemanden anrufen) - Kaution recht hoch mit 300€ (zurückgebucht nach 1 Woche) - Registrierung aufwendig mit ID online - eine Menge Regeln, die man erhält und als Mietvertrag unterschreibt (widersprüchliche Angaben wo man den Schlüssel ablegen soll, obwohl es keinen gibt) - Müll direkt im Bereich Hauseingang stinkt derzeit sehr stark (keine gute Lage in einem Raum im Eingangsbereich) - bei höheren Temperaturen doch recht heiß direkt unter dem Dach ohne Klimaanlage

Localização maravilhosa, apartamento com decoração linda.
Fica no 3o andar, as escadas são bem íngremes com grande risco de bater a cabeça. No apartamento, o banheiro, cozinha e sala ficam em um andar e o quarto mais em cima tendo que subir mais escadas. Fez muito calor e até tinha um ar condicionado portátil la, mas que esquentava era mais o quarto.
