Beautiful, cosy, comfortable apartment within walking distance to everything. Loved the apartment and Strasbourg!

The stairs to the bedroom were quite steep and the rungs themselves were quite slim..had to come down sideways.

Good Location

If you are looking for somewhere to stay in an historic style home, this fits the bill. It has a view of part of the canal from some of the original small windows. Good range of cooking utensils. Location is excellent and walkable from the train station. It was very quiet.

There was an unpleasant smell in the toilet and bathroom. I notified the agent and they said the were going to get it fixed. The stairs make it unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Historic location in fascinating area of city, size of accommodation with upstairs bedroom, well equipped and beds that are comfortable. Also, great communication with agent.

A very enjoyable stay in a central, well equipped and roomy appartment

This was a lovely appartment with excellent facilities - kitchen, washing machine, dryer etc. Very clean and really handy to everything. We ran out of dish washing liquid and contacted the email, it was replaced straight away. Very quick replies to queries. My only suggestion might be to perhaps supply some instructions for how to use the washing machine and dryer although we figured it out. Would not hesitate to recommend it.

Cute apartment in a gorgeous location!

Amazing location, beautiful decor and nice quirky building.

The entry looked suspicious at first, especially since we arrived at night, but once inside and up three narrow spiraling flights of stairs with our luggage we fell in love with this place!

It was a nice apartment overall. The location is great. It was clean, the kitchen appliances were in abundance.

I spent a lot of time trying to get inside the apartment. The instructions sent to me weren't clear at all. After I somehow managed to get inside it turned out that they just forgot to send me the full instructions. I was extremely disappointed with them. And I called them several times but I don't know why on the phone they told me over and over again some nonsense. When they could have said: use the stairs, go to the last floor, and there you will find the room. I was confused because there were two stairs in that area and I didn't the what floor it was and the apartment number. The person on the phone was extremely not professional.

Magnificent location with a beautiful view of the cathedral from bedroom window.

Melanie met us on arrival and showed us around the property and how everything worked. Told us where the good restaurants were, places to see and had plenty of brochures on tourist sights

The stairway to the apartment had a very low ceiling which made it difficult for my husband who is tall. But the property is historic so one must accept these things.

Cozy Apartment in the Heart of Strasbourg

Due to mechanical issues with our first flight and all the delays that came thereafter, sadly we missed one of our two days in Strasbourg at Le Nid De L'ill, but throughout the ordeal, our host was incredibly responsive to our messages sent through Booking.com. She was available within minutes of our arrival and walked us through the apartment explaining where everything could be found and how appliances worked. We were given maps of the surrounding area and explanations of nearby restaurants, etc. Despite the extremely warm weather we experienced while in Strasbourg, the air-conditioning unit provided in the bedroom allowed for a comfortable night's sleep. The apartment could not be in a better location for visiting Strasbourg!

We ended up leaving our luggage in the living room area instead of taking it up to the bedroom as we would normally do, because one more set of stairs seemed an unnecessary effort after getting them up the stairs into the apartment. We were well aware of the stairs issue from photos and other reviews, so this was not a negative to us, just something to be aware of.

Lovely apartment owner, great communication, nice duplex apartment, very sweetly decorated. Extremely clean and in a great location with a view of the river and 3 restaurants on the doorstop. Just on the edge of the very busy tourist areas, just enough out of the way to reduce foot traffic and noise, but still a short walk to all the action, perfect! Very good value for money, really appreciated the washing machine.

It was a little hot downstairs, aircon upstairs was noisy.

Enjoyed our visit to Strasbourg, everything was close and easy to reach by foot.

Location was wonderful. Melanie was an outstanding hostess. Very accommodating and gracious. Went out of her way to make sure we were OK. Comfortable living room and kitchen. Bed was also cozy.

Noise at night from both the river park and the restaurant nearby. Restaurant noise lasted until after midnight. Especially bad when the windows were open due to the warm weather. Steep stairs with bath downstairs and bed upstairs.

A Perfect Place To Stay In Colmar

-What a lovely welcome from the owner Melanie! She was very helpful with providing us all information we needed around Colmar. The wifi didn't work and she deducted from the room payment the internet fee paid by my wife from her internet provider. - Apartment was very lovely, huge room and nicely decorated. It was very clean. And we didn't have to clean the place when checking out, like throwing the garbage etc. We really appreciate this! -Location: We love it, just perfect, in a great location in Petit France. -Parking: ideally just nearby, short walking distance from the apartment

-Hallway leading to the apartment looks and smells unwelcoming, but once you're inside the apartment, on the 2nd floor, you're greeted with a lovely cozy room! Maybe furnish the hallway with air fresheners? -No lift, as in all old buildings!

The location is perfect! Fully updated and functioning apartment in an old historic building in Petit France. The attention to detail in the apartment (it’s so cute!) and our overall stay from the owner didn’t go unnoticed - from ensuring we knew where to park for the best rate, providing masks and hand sanitizer at check-in, and providing us with tips for the city it made for a great stay. I highly recommend this apartment!

L appartement est très bien situé pour visiter à pied le quartier de la petite France

NE PAS POUVOIR PRENDRE UNE DOUCHE CHAUDE UNE FOIS PAR JOUR POUR 4 PERSONNES ALORS QUE LA LOCATION EST PRÉVUE POUR 4 après avoir fait une réclamation je me suis entretenue avec la propriétaire qui m a précisé que mettre le ballon d eau chaude en chauffage continu était coûteux pour elle et qu ils nous appartenaient de prévoir deux douches par jour !!! Ayant moi même ce type de chauffage pour le ballon d eau chaude lorsque je mets en chauffage continu si j ai des amis à la maison cela représente ( sur l application edf un coût de moins de 3 euros par jour ) soit pour 3 nuits environ 10 euros de coût sur une location de plus de 1000 euros …. Je laisse à l appréciation des lecteurs !!!! Et je peux ajouter pas une seule dosette d arrivée pour le petit lave vaisselle etc Nous sommes inondés de consignes par messagerie !! Surtout tournées vers le propriétaire C est dommage car l emplacement est très bien A noter une trentaine de marches , pas d ascenseur mais c est indiqué dans le descriptif

L'emplacement de l'appartement dans le quartier magnifique de Petite France. L'appartement est très agréable, bien décoré et très bien équipé. Tout est au top!

J'ai eu un problème d'accès à l'appartement, le code était invalide. J'avais du décaler mon arrivée d'une journée en raison du mouvement social. J'avais prévenu la conciergerie par mail. Malgré leur accusé réception, l'information n'a pas circulé en interne ce qui fait que le code n'était plus valable. Un technicien s'est déplacé et m'a fourni un nouveau code, mais je suis resté une heure devant la porte de l'appartement. Dommage!

El sitio ideal para quedarse en Estrasburgo

Un lugar cómodo, que tiene de todo (lavarropa!) Es muy confortable, buena cama, buen baño, fuerza de agua, wi fi, de todo para cocinar, buenos sillones, lindas vistas. Caminando se llega a todas partes. Fácil acceso con código. Se llega mejor si se usa GPS. Es muy silencioso. Bueno para distenderse y descansar luego de estar recorriendo todo el día.

No es fácil subir los 3 pisos con equipaje para personas mayores, o tener escalera para subir al dormitorio y el baño abajo. Pero con cuidado y paciencia se puede. Incluso es muy bonito el techo inclinado sobre la cama, pero hay que cuidar la cabeza, igual al bajar escaleras del edificio. Mi esposo que es alto se pegó algunas veces. Es un comentario solo para tener cuidado. Volvería cien veces mas.

Wunderschönes Apartment, mit liebe eingerichtet. Bequemes bett und auch eine große bequeme Couch zum schlafen Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt ! Sehr gute Lage, die Altstadt unmittelbare Nähe. Restaurant gleich um die Ecke, aber auch für selber kochen ist eine super ausgestattete Küche vorhanden!

Die Wohnung ist wunderbar zentral gelegen, die Aussicht ist sehr schön. Wir haben die Unterkunft direkt gefunden nach einem kurzen Fußmarsch vom Bahnhof und der Check in lief problemlos - es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Auch war der Gang/die Treppe trotz großem Koffer keinerlei Problem. Der Aufwand für den online Check in vorab ist sehr groß aber dafür ist dann alles wirklich toll organisiert. Bei der Buchung war nicht direkt ersichtlich, dass 300 Euro Kaution fällig sind. Auf meine Nachfrage wurde das direkt erklärt.
