Great time in Monschau

The hospitality and local knowledge from the host were excellent. The location was perfect. It's very close to the centre but in a quiet area. The parking place is just on the side of the house. We had a beautiful view fom the room. The room was very clean and the breakfast was very nice.

Warm onthaal in een authentieke en eenvoudige woning.

Fantastische locatie. Gastheer heeft hart voor zijn werk. Hoewel we laat arriveerden, is hij tot middernacht bezig geweest met het uitzoeken van informatie over het locale transport en heeft ons daarover geïnformeerd via What's App. Heel attent en dit behoort echt niet tot zijn takenpakket.

Geweldige accommodatie op een prachtige plek

De kamer heeft een prachtig uitzicht over de bergen en de oude stad! Kamer is schoon en heeft alles wat je nodig heeft, de stad is dichtbij. In de omgeving is mooie natuur waar je geweldig kan hiken! De Host van de kamer is zeer vriendelijk en helpt je met alles.

Klein aandachtspuntje is dat voor ons de bedden wat te hard zijn, maar ik ben bekend met een hernia. Dit is natuurlijk ook een voorkeur.

Een last minute verblijf in een authentiek huisje dat de tand des tijds heeft doorstaan. Het historische verhaal ervan werd ons door de eigenaar volledig uit de doeken gedaan, alsook gaf hij heel goede tips voor maaltijden te nuttigen. Waren we niet voorzien van reeds uitgestippelde wandelingen, dan zou hij deze zeker nog aan ons kunnen aanbevelen als local uit Monschau. Een heel grote plus is de parking aan de deur, wij namen de kamer zonder ontbijt dus kunnen hierover geen oordeel geven. Al bij al de correcte prijs voor hetgeen er aangeboden is.

Niets specifieks, zoals ik in de korte beschrijving opgeef, wat je op de foto's ziet is wat je krijgt, bevallen deze foto's je niet, gelieve dan verder te kijken naar een ander verblijf aub.

Prima voor een nachtje meer niet

Het ontbijt

Prijs kwaliteit verhouding best prijzig voor een kamer uit het jaar kruik, ontbijt was uiteindelijk achteraf nog berekend terwijl er stond op de website inbegrepen 20 euro per 2 personen per ochtend het ontbijt was goed maar alsnog behoorlijk aan de prijs!
