no smiles or goodbyes... just yourself

The location was great and we had parking. The break fast was decent and room was good enough for a 1-2 day stay. Don't expect any staff. no one was there to welcome us at 15:00. no one to check out at 10:00.

The staff are very rude. Also, I left my jacket there. we checked out at 10:00 and I called them at 14:00 before the next check in and no one could find the jacket. Also no response for the next 2 days that i was calling international. It took them 4 days until i got a reply from the email on booking. After I paid for the return of the jacket, still no response after 1 week that they received the money or even sent the jacket back. DO NOT EXPECT ANY SERVICE FROM THIS HOTEL

The location is great

The room was not serviced. At 140 euro per night I at least expect my bed to be made. No airconditioning. We were not told at time of booking that parking should be pre-booked. Parking at Seidenfabrik is not suitable for an Audi Q7. Really not good value for money at all. Fridge dirty and bedside tables also have imprints of previous glasses/drinks from previous guests. No cups in bathrooms. Not plastic or paper.

Great location in the heart of Monschau old town Clean rooms and really nice staff.

The bathroom was a bit small but had everything I needed after a days cycling

Top location, very friendly staff, clean and modern little hotel room! Great for a couple of nights in Monschau. Nice parking facilities. Very reasonably priced. Easy check in and out.

The walls are quite thin, you can hear other guests talk (especially low voices), snore and walk around. Although that is something minor as most people bring earplugs anyway. The toilet might be a little uncomfortable placed very close to the wall.

Perfect hotel for an overnight stay.

The property was easy to find and centrally located on the main road that drives right into the town. The property has parking for a fee, which is makes things so easy. Easily walk into the central of town to all the shops, restaurants and bars. The accommodations are no frills, simple, clean and comfortable. It was the perfect place for an over night visit in Monschau.

The view from my room was amazing

The heating stopped working after 10minutes. Coffee was not great. Some products at the breakfast table could have been of better quality.

Worth it's while

The location was out of a fairy-tale, as we had a wonderful view both from the porch of the hotel and our room window. The hotel seemed to have been recently renovated (somewhere in the past 5 years, I would say, but I'm no expert so don't take my word on it) The room was clean though little small. But that was no problem as we spent there just one night.

The reception desk is only oquepied from 14:00 to 20:00 if I'm not mistaken. Also, the hotel owns a very limited number of parking spaces so make sure to book one in advance or prepare for a walk on uphill cobble stone roads..

good location right next to the Xmas market

it was quite cold… we were cold even with our clothes on and the heating on level 5. we understand the current energy crisis requires some energy consumption limits, but it was too much

Very good

The hotel is in a very good location, with decent sized rooms which were very clean and well equipped. The reception lady was also very nice to us and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again if ever coming back!

Perhaps the curtains were a bit annoying in the morning as they let a lot of light come in, since they don’t cover the whole window.
