Overall positive experience.

Nice, spacious and very clean apartment, feels like visiting relatives. We were greeted by very pleasant couple - the host Aldo and his wife. They helped us to find a great pizza restaurant for dinner by showing the way in their car. Free parking in an adjacent private garage. Short drive to the train station to explore Cinque Terre. Thank Mr. and Mrs. Aldo for your hospitality!

Aldo was amazing , helpful in advise on where to go and how . the room was everything we expected . clean , roomy and authentic. Aldo even suprised us with some welcome and departing gifts . will totally come back and stay .

No complain as such. But 2 bedrooms are facing the road side and vehicle sounds can be disturbing at night.

The host Aldo was amazing, so helpful and positive. Together with his family they were taking care to make our stay here as comfortable as possible (including even such things like transfer from/to train station and delivery of freshly baked foccacia) :))

Superb Host and A wonderful Place.

I will give the host a big 10 points. The host and his wife welcomed us and gave detail explanations about La Spezia's attractions and how to go around. There is a big parking space. A plus plus point. The house looks more comfortable then what is advertised. A very satisfied stay.

parking in a garage for 3 motorbikes although no lock. spacious 3 room and what one might think of classical Italian furniture. Nepresso machine and Italian breakfast included. owner extremely helpful.

given we were motorbiking we didn’t want to use the bikes to go to a restaurant and have a drink. however the owner drove us to one 2 km away. Then we could take taxi back.

Host is fantastic and helpful! Lots of tips for travel and places to visit. House was large and comfortable for a family. Very economical and a great value. We tried to get to Cinque Terra from the nearest train station, but I highly recommend driving to the main La Spezia train station instead. The local station doesn't have much parking, and can't sell the Cinque Terra train pass, so we had to stop at the main station anyway.

Location would be hard to get to without a car, and I would recommend a car to get to public transportation such as the train. Breakfast was simple and consisted of pre-made food in packages bought from the store - could be better but it worked. The house was difficult to locate (although it is directly of the main road), but the host was standing outside and helped guide us in - that was critical to finding the parking and house.

First of all : the host!! Super friendly and helpfull. He even picked us up at the trainstation after a daytrip to cinque terre. THANK YOU VERY MUCH! Big apartment ideal for family - fully equiped kitchen Calm to have a great nigth rest. Private garage was ideal

Piękne mieszkanie w La Spezia

Najpiękniejsze mieszkanie w jakim kiedykolwiek byłam. Piękne antyczne meble, czuliśmy się jak w prawdziwym włoskim domu. Mieszkanie duże, przestronne i czyściutkie. Największym atutem mieszkania są przemili właściciele. Przywitali nas osobiście, wytłumaczyli wszystko dokładnie - naprawdę byli bardzo pomocni. Jest również wyznaczone miejsce do parkowania tuż obok mieszkania w zadaszonym garażu. Mieszkanie przewyższyło nasze oczekiwania. Polecam wszystkim serdecznie. Mam nadzieję, że tam jeszcze wrócimy.

Casa di una volta con camere spaziose e pulite, soggiorno con cucina funzionale rifornita di tutti gli attrezzi e di alimenti per la prima colazione. Doccia comoda. Parcheggio privato per una macchina e libero nelle vicinanze per la seconda. Proprietari super gentili

Bien pour un court séjour

L'accueil et la sympathie du propriétaire, il nous à fait faire le tour de la ville pour nous repérer et nous montrer la gare pour les cinq terres , nous a indiqué des restaurants . Il a eu une petite attention imprévue pour le déjeuner d'un matin . Nous a gentiment proposé son aide si nous en avions besoin .

Un escalier à monter pour accéder à l'appartement , les chambres côté rue sont bruyantes cause rue principale la circulation . petit déjeuner moyen de l'industriel sous vide viennoiseries et gâteaux sec pour le séjour .
