Somewhat better view of Tokyo metropolis rather than giant noisy rooftop HVAC equipment on 2d nite. My only complaints are bidet seat & water were stone-cold in temperature not heated at all; no coffee; no stir sticks, no purified water dispenser, no disposable house slippers, only plastic ones that could have pre-worn; no English subtitles on in-house TV, no disposable or compostable cutlery or plates. Other than that, love the hotel. Convenient location near shops, cafes, restaurants, discounted access to connected public bath/spa w/all varieties of pools. sauna, steam, cold plunge. Clean, modern, quiet business hotel, with one lower priced night, paired with inflated priced night. Hotel undergoing renovation in height of summer tourist season which may be reason for bait & switch.

For the solo female traveler, this hotel provides the kind of support that should be mandatory at every hotel. Women only separate floors, spa, awareness. Great location next to Oimachi station, shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, restaurants, bakeries, fast food & cafes. Also adjacent to brand new upscale shopping plaza Oimachi Track with every convenience from Starbucks to Family Mart, bookstores, eyeglass makers, clothing to banks.

The interior of the room is so old and tiny. AC is also old so it’s super slow to work.
