    The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, spoke fluent English, and were happy to help us with luggage storage. On the downside, the room was a bit small, and it was unfortunate that there were no shuttle bus services available during the evening.

    I love the place since its a walking distance from Omori Station and also for Omorikaigan Station and also to many Business and Food Establishment. I love the Buffet breakfast but they don't change the menu everyday. We feel safe during our stay. Hope that they can change menus everyday and also when it comes to the security, they should atleast improve the Elevator as they don't a floor indicator everytime you click which floor to take since you will be guessing what floor is the elevator already when you are waiting for your turn and regarding the elevator, they should atleast add a Key Card feature wherein the Guests staying at the Hotel, must tap their Assigned Key Card to the Tap Area before going which floor they are staying so that their will be added security feature since anyone can enter any floor they want except for the Hotel Staffs. They might as well add a Laundromat Area everyfloor or a designated area so that Guest can wash and dry their clothes especially for long stays in Tokyo. Overall, our stay was excellent. Hope they would conside these suggestions. Would love to stay their again if given the Opportunity.
