    The local neighborhood is nice. Its about 10min walk from Ōimachi Station, Shinagawa City. This station allow us to travel easily. Plus, luminous airport bus stop, make it easier than taking the subway. Staff was easily in contact, through email. There's few things that can be improve. Need instruction on operating the washing machine and electric stove top. Or engliah manual instruction. Missing few amenities items: Scissor,more hanging hooks, closet space,

    This Apartment is about 8-10mins walk from Oimachi station. The JR line goes direct to Asakusa, Shinbashi and Tokyo Station. Very convenient. As mentioned in many other reviews, its a nice and quiet residential area. If you wan to get away from the hustle, this is a good choice There's a Lawson within 5 mins walk, many eateries and 2 big shopping malls near the station. We often buy food from the malls and bring back to the apartment to heat up and eat. Plenty of food - Sushi, Bento Sets, Gyoza, noodles, Mac, KFC etc etc.

    Paid S$*** for the room size as come with 4beds (bunk bed and 2 single that can be combine) and same as their room's photo. Its comfortable size and there is washer and sufficient towels. we check-in ourselves with the tablet at entrance(no staff at all) and access main door and room door using pincode I can say its priced reasonable for the room size but the distance to main JR station and amenities is 10mins walk (700m) can be far and its tiring if you carry many things back at night. During the 5nights stays, there is no housekeeping service. they provided sufficient towels but you need to live with the used towels till end of the stay, its abit unhygienic with kids Its better to choose two room in hotel at good location with housekeeping instead as its same similar price altogether but save hassle on walking and come with cleaning service at least every 2nights
