    Definitely one of the best place to stay near to Oimachi station that connects to everywhere. Have multiple of convenience store for late night snacks. Most importantly, very spacious for 3 person with luggages and all the facilities working fine. The only downside if you booked the level 4 room is the stairs as it is very steep.

    Room was good size and bed was very comfy. Location, 5 minutes walk from Oimachi station through Oumachi Yokocho with huge amount of small bars and restaurant was excellent. Facilities in room were ok but not fantastic. Would have loved a sofa over third bed. Important to know this room was up 3 flights of steep stairs which can be a hassle at times

    Location: strategic! Between two train tracks. Easy to reach from Haneda (we arrived here), and for rest of trip we mostly made use of the Oimachi station with trains to take us directly to Shibuya/Shinjuku or Tokyo central/asakusa etc. Supermarket is right across and there were tons of food within 5 minute walk. Inside: apt unit with complete amenities. Clean and comfy. Our room was on 4th floor; no elevator but wasnt too high to climb. Washing machine was public (300 yen per use). Unit was spacious enough for us (3 people), plenty of natural light and air. Love it!

    Good centrally located place more like a service apartment than a hostel, with private lodgings and private bathroom. Though it might not seem that strategic a location, you're only 10-15 minutes away from the Shibuya/Shinjuku area. Lots of restaurants, convenience stores and even a mall nearby. Not sure if the sofa bed can actually sleep a third person though. It didn't seem comfortable to sit on, so I can't imagine sleeping on it beyond one or two nights. It was also slightly scratchy. There's also no lift, but even where I stayed on the fourth floor, it wasn't much of a climb.
