Clean room with great amenities. Close to train stations. Shops nearby are mainly convenience stores which are acceptable but any other shops require some walking.

Absolutely love the convenience of this hotel.
They offer so much, at a great location. The staff speak English and are super helpful and friendly. I have never stayed in Japan and was blown away that hotels such as this one offer everything you need such as:
pajamas, face lotion, body lotion, razors, razor cream, hair ties, body scrubs, and face/body cleanser.
The hotels coffee is delicious (try the americano!) I cannot speak highly enough of this location. Do yourself a favor and get the larger room, as happens hotels are known for being compact.
In my 12 day trip in Tokyo, this location was perfect to catch the metro and explore this area.

Staff were welcoming. Room was clean and quiet even though it is close to subway station. Room temperature was just right.
Sleep was good except during the last night of stay, I could hear kids crying from a room close by at 4am, which was a bit disruptive to my sleep.

Clean, comfortable. Most everything that was important was in English. Easy self check in and check out in English. Good price with cheap breakfast.
