    5min walk can reach restaurant/ shopping mall/ 7-11/ family mart/ metro station. Good breakfast and clean room. will come back again next time.

    We have stayed in numerous Via Inn hotels in other cities, but I must say this branch has the most unpleasant odor of them all. There are several areas that need improvement: 1. Lobby – I suggest installing air purifiers to minimize the strong smoke smell coming from the smoking room, which is located near the lobby. 2. Microwave Area – The microwave appears old and heats food very slowly. Additionally, the trash can placed nearby is not very hygienic, as guests sometimes leave garbage there. It would be better to relocate or remove the trash can from this area. 3. Toilet – The toilet in our room had a foul smell, possibly coming from an opening near the toilet bowl. This should be properly sealed or fixed. Thankfully, we brought an air freshener and had to use it upon arrival. 4. Signage – Upon arrival, the signage was not clearly visible, making it difficult to locate the entrance and lobby. Even after it was set up, it remained hard to notice. Additional lighting or clearer placement would help. 5. Bed Linen – Unfortunately, the bed linens also had a noticeable smoke smell. Overall, this was disappointing compared to other Via Inn branches we’ve stayed at. I hope management can address these concerns to improve the guest experience.
