    The location of the hotel is superb. Once you take the train to Omori, you already feel like you are back to home. Cafes, restaurants, shopping malls around make it even more worth for value.

    JR Station under same roof for easy connection to Shinagawa Stn; or 10 mins walk to Ōmorikaigan Stn for connection to HND airport avoiding the beehive of Shinagawa Stn.

    Hotel was super clean and strategic. It is attached to a shopping mall and train station. I couldn’t recommend enough! I had some issues with my luggage delivery and their assistance in resolving them was so superb! I had arranged for my luggage to be delivered via the Yamanote service, but due to the shipping label being lost during transport, I was unable to receive it at first. I was especially anxious as I had a flight to catch that night, and I was worried I might miss it. Thankfully, the luggage arrived even earlier—at 7 PM—giving me ample time to head to the airport and complete all the necessary procedures without stress. Thank you once again for your prompt, professional, and thoughtful support. Your dedication truly made a difference in my travel experience, and I am deeply appreciative.
