In unit laundry and all commodities even full kitchen . A non touristy part of Tokyo which I liked. Easy train station access
Lack of electrical outlets, or just an extension cord would’ve been nice as outlet was on floor and the other was behind TV

For a one-night stay, it had everything I needed to have a good night's rest. Especially with the washing-drying machine, it was good to wash everything all at once before going on the move again!
Even for two people, the room might be on the smaller size. It did feel like a dorm room, with the bed taking half the space.

いわゆる民泊なんですよね。
マンションの一室を宿泊施設として貸し出されているパターンです。
なので小綺麗にしている他人ん家にお邪魔している感じ。
水回りの旧さが気になります。

駅から近く安く泊まれる
上の人の生活音がすごく聞こえて夜中と朝方目が覚めた。
トイレが汚かった。
