Victoria was so lovely and helpful. She made us feel very welcome. The breakfast room is fabulous. I really liked the decor and the overall vibe of the place. Lovely quircky and original place that has kept its historical feel. Beds are comfortable, big airy room, excellent shower, good bathroom with lots of mirrors. All very clean.

Everything. The host Victoria was very accommodating and the chateau was both charming and very welcoming. Some great rooms to explore. Close to the historic town of Bellême with restaurants and shops. We had a two night stay in part of the chateau room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was typically French but Victoria would cook lovely eggs if required. Lovely to relax in a he grounds and soak up the atmosphere. Would stay again. Thanks.

What a lovely place
We received a really warm, friendly Welcome
We were given the option if we would like to change our room to one with a bigger bed at no extra charge
The host were happy to put a bottle of champagne in the fridge for us and let us use a couple of glasses
We sat in the ground hall and had a drink after dinner played a little bit of music and some cards. It was perfect.
Breakfast the next day had lovely coffee, nice scrambled eggs, fresh bread, just again, friendly and relaxing. Thank you so much.
I have a very low sports car and hit the ground as I came into the property. I have no issues getting out because I was aware of it. That’s not a reflection on the property. That’s just something to be aware of if you are arriving in a low car, just take it very easy snails pace, just at the entrance.
We were staying on Sunday night and restaurants in the village all closed, but we did manage to find a kebab shop that was open, which was very tasty
Something to maybe plan ahead for if you are staying on a Sunday night but again that is not a reflection on the property just some advice

very nice authentic decoration, and the village is very nice.
The bathtub was very very slippery, it was hard to have a shower in it.
