Lovely host and good place to stay, at a very fair rate

Perfect location for me visiting my mother who lives nearby, within walking distance of the city centre. The property is lovely and the room was clean. Instructions from the host were crystal clear and very well done. Interactions with the host themselves were also lovely.

I would not recommend this hotel.

Nothing. We had to abort our stay at this property due to their conditions so cannot make any positive comments.

This property sent all communication in French including an email requiring a Euro 300 damages deposit as a credit card swipe 48 hours prior. All very difficult since we were travelling and had limited internet access whilst on the road. We were unable to access the link or work out if it was safe to give these details as I have always paid through Booking.com who recommend not giving payment details to a third party. The property would not release the key code without the deposit. I spent an hour on the phone with Booking.com who tried to help but no-one at the property spoke English. Booking.com tried to cancel and have my payment refunded but the property refused. I had to book a different hotel at additional cost.

Lovely room but a little on the small side

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. The owner was really friendly and helpful. Very convenient for the station.

Excellent property ideal for a stopover. Very modern and clean, beautiful secluded garden and swimming pool. Nice self-service breakfast buffet.

Good enough for one night

it was just what I needed. easy to find, clean and with secure parking.

the property was fine unfortunately there was a group of other guests ( young people in their 20’s) who continued to make a lot of noise until 2am at which point I shouted at them to be quiet!

Little Gem

This is a hidden Appart hotel in central ClermontF.We were greeted as we arrived and shown our parking space ! The suite is very neat modern clean and spacious a bit different to the average stopover hotel.We had a terrace and a table and chairs to relax after our long drive ! There is also a small indoor pool which we did not use as we were too tired,but kids would love it.Breakfast was buffet style and lots of it.All good!

Incredible decency!

We lost the very expensive wedding ring of the famous luxury brand in the hotel. The staff of the hotel found it immediately and proposed to send on the same day! It’s incredible and very rare in our days! Merci beaucoup! It’s really a Christmas miracle! There’s also the pool available for children that was a good surprise for us.

Perfect stopover in my journey, oasis of calm, I only had one night there, would go back.

Ground floor room, calm and peaceful with a very comfy bed.

Le parking privé. La sécurité. L'application avec toutes les explications.possibilite de repousser son départ de quelques minutes ou heures(dommage que ce soit une option payante)

La propreté du logement (poussières sous le canapé , le lit et sur la TV, toiles d'araignées, éponges pas neuves) Le logement paraît neuf mais en réalité les finitions ne sont pas terribles. L'arrivée quelques minutes avant était payante par exemple. L'insonorisation . Nous entendions les pas des locataires au-dessus avec craquements du plafond

Lieu et cadre bien mais mériterais quelques améliorations d’aménagement et de respect des règles de nuisances.

L’emplacement

Le canapé lit très inconfortable, le bruit fracassant de matériel brassé la première nuit dans la remise à côté a ou à proximité immédiate prolongé à plus de minuit et la chambre qui est ouverte sur le salon et non séparée comme on pourrait le croire à la description. Réception tv très médiocre. Détecteur de fumée qui bip toute les 5 minutes.

Plutôt décu

Pas trop loin du centre ville à pied et de la gare. Parking pratique (mais il faut que les 3 autres locataires se garent correctement sinon la place du fond est inaccessible).

Sur la description il est mentionné un salon et une chambre, mais nous avons eu un studio sans chambre séparée. Les serviettes de bain sentaient l’humidité et les draps ne sentaient pas la lessive… Pas de produit vaisselle et très peu de savon.

Acceptable pour une nuit d’étape mais pas plus

Le lit double était confortable, la coure devant permettait de faire jouer les enfants.

Il n’y a pas de cloisons pour fermer la chambre et le logement est très mal isolé on entend les personnes au dessus marcher au dessus de nous ce qui est très gênant pour dormir. La promiscuité avec l’appartement d’à côté était aussi un peu gênante.

Logement sympathique, mais plein de petits soucis lors du séjour

L'appartement est apuré et assez agréable à vivre. En soi, ce n'est pas l'appartement le problème, mais une succession de merdouilles qui se sont produites durant notre séjour et qui nous ont un peu gâché le plaisir.

On a joué de malchance. Certains points ont pu être réglés par la conciergerie d'Ines assez rapidement, d'autres n'ont pas été réglés, et d'autres n'étaient pas de leur faute : - panne d'électricité lorsqu'on est arrivé (qui a été réglée dans les deux heures suivantes) - on avait payé un supplément pour une arrivée anticipée à 12h00, sauf que l'information n'avait pas été transmise au monsieur qui faisait le ménage. Lorsqu'on est arrivé, on n'a donc pas pu récupérer les clefs directement, et il a fallu que le monsieur appelle la conciergerie pour vérifier que le supplément avait bien été payé. - panne de Wifi pendant tout le séjour, qui a été non résolue, malgré plusieurs messages à la conciergerie - odeur inconfortable dans les toilettes. Je ne sais pas si quelqu'un avait vomi fraichement avant notre arrivée, tout était propre en apparence, et le monsieur du ménage qu'on a croisé avait mis du désodorisant. Cependant, une fois le parfum dissipé, c'était peu agréable et les mauvaises odeurs ne sont jamais parties - la télécommande de la télévision de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas, mais on pouvait quand même choisir les chaînes avec les boutons situés derrière le téléviseur. A propos de la conciergerie d'Ines qui gère l'appart, il faut savoir que le numéro de tél renvoie à un répondeur de type "taper 1, taper 2"... et qu'en cas de difficulté, on n'a personne au bout du fil, les échanges se passent par mail. La conciergerie est néanmoins réactive, mais elle ne peut pas régler tous les problèmes. A noter l'absence de clim ou de ventilateur, mais comme nous étions logés dans l'appartement du bas, on arrivait à garder la fraîcheur. A propos de Clermont-Ferrand, la ville est malheureusement en travaux partout... ce qui fait que la circulation en voiture est pénible.

La demande d'une empreinte de la carte bancaire reçue tardivement et après l'échéance de la date d'annulation , et ceci pour une caution non mise en place par Booking. Pas de place de parking PMR. La place la plus proche bloquée par un voyageur indélicat, ce qui a retardé notre départ.

Plus d'accès à la piscine couverte alors que c'était un atout lors de notre choix de réservation. Un peu galère pour récupérer les codes d'accès à la résidence (45 mn) d'attente.

Die Wohnung ist zu klein, die Tür zum Badezimmer zu niedrig ( ca 1,70 m). Es gibt keinen Kleiderschrank. Kein Platz für die Koffer, keine Steckdose im Bad, keine Bilder an der Wand. Als Sitzmöglichkeit gibt es nur zwei wackelige Hocker. Das Haus befindet sich in einem unattraktiven Wohnviertel, es gibt kaum Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, es ist sehr umständlich mit dem Bus zu erreichen, weil im Moment eine neue Tramlinie gebaut wird. Wir hatten sechs Tage gebucht und sind nach vier Tagen weggefahren. Ich hätte nie gedacht dass so eine Absteige auf dieser Plattform angeboten wird.

Nas fotos parece maior e melhor. Solicitei ajuda para reservar um taxi, apenas indicação pois sairia as 5h da manhã e a resposta, creio que automática, foi para fazer pergunta via plataforma. Então qual a razão de deixarem aberto "fale com a acomodação "? Usei este recurso e obtive essa resposta, mas consegui ter um taxi por um aplicativo e foi bastante caro pelo percurso. E40 por 6km. Para entrar no banheiro meu marido tinha que abaixar a cabeça e ele tem 1,78 e as pessoas no andar de cima sobem por este rebaixado de madeira no teto fo banheiro fazendo barulho. As instalaçōes são bem simples, realmente só para passar a noite. Zporem tem frigobar, microondas e cafeiteira e nenhum local para apoiar malas ou deixar alguma roupa. E poderiam ter avisado sobre as obras em toda a região. Eu tambem tenho um apartamento que alugo por plataforma (Airbnb) e faço isso por meus hóspedes. Enfim foi uma experiência não muito agradável. O que valeu foi visitar o Parq Lecoq, muito bonito.

Muito pequeno e acanhado, quente, não tinha ar condicionado, só aquecedor no banheiro. O box ainda é de cortina e é preciso ser baixo ou abaixar a cabeça para entrar e sair, no teto tem uma escada que range quando alguém sobe ou desce. Nas fotos parecia bem maior, mas é mínimo, para passar a noite ok, serviu, mas nos sentimos claustrofóbicos e pelo mesmo valor eu tive bem melhores na Espanha onde também se paga em Euro

J'ai apprécié la salle de bain, le stationnement sur place et le fait que le logement soit en RDC.

Le logement (une chambre) est très très petit; une fois que l'on ouvre sa valise, il ne reste pas beaucoup de place pour circuler. Le logement très peu équipé en ustensile de cuisine (1 casserole et 1 poêle) et rangement. Il y a une certaine promiscuité et quelques nuisances avec les autres logements situés à proximité.
