Mit Kindern sicher nicht schlecht aber für erwachsene Personen eine Frechheit...

Drei Zimmer waren in Ordnung. Die dazugehörigen Bäder ebenfalls OK. Der Miniraum mit den Stockbetten eventuell für mitreisende Kinder!!! gut.

Das vierte Zimmer hat sich als Kämmerchen mit je zwei Jugendstockbetten ohne Bad/WC herausgestellt. Für drei Paare mit bis zu vier Kinder mag das durchaus in Ordnung sein. Für einen Erwachsenen Menschen ist es eine reine Zumutung. Eine Frechheit jemanden so etwas buchen zu lassen. Die Angst am Morgen aus eigener Kraft nicht mehr aus den Jugendbetten zu kommen war größer als die Freude auf einen Urlaub, daher habe ich noch am gleichen Tag den Urlaub abgebrochen und die Heimreise angetreten. Als Bikerrunde mit ausgedehnten Fahrten sollte man sich in der Nacht entsprechend erholen können... Witzig war auch noch die Reaktion des Vermieters über meine schriftliche Anmerkung - abgesehen von einer automatisch generierten Anfrage ob es mir denn gefallen hat, gab es überhaut keinerlei Reaktion auf mein Mail. Also, wenn man erst mal bezahlt hat ist man als Kunde nicht mehr interessant oder wert eine Antwort zu bekommen... Ein Punkt in der Bewertung deshalb, weil ich nicht weniger geben kann

3 badkamers Indeling was prima

Schoonmaak algemeen, veel stof, haren in badkamer, we vonden nog dingen van vorige huurders, sokken onder bed, haarspeltjes etc. Kleed bij de bank en de bank zelf waren vies, niet goed gestofzuigd Vieze geur in koelkast, heeft ook met schoonmaak te maken. Er hing een algehele vieze geur in appartement toen we binnenkwamen

Cozy, quite a new building. All required facilities included. Basically was OK.

There is a byre behind the building, where the owner keeps manure outside it. It smells a lot during the spring months.

Exceptional

This is an excellent place for someone who doesn’t need to stay in the very centre of Kaprun / Zell am See. It is just 10 minutes drive and the price is very competitive considering what you are getting. We spent our skiing holidays in this place sharing the house with another family 4 adults 4 kids in total. the place is just perfect. Three bathrooms make it really convenient the kitchen is fully equipped. Everything was super clean into contact with the hosts was perfect. We also enjoyed the fact that the apartment offers a private sauna - excellent option after whole day on slopes ;)
