Pleasant stay for a ski trip in Austria.

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, equipped with everything necessary for a family stay. The apartment is very clean and very nicely decorated and maintained. The location is very good, close to the supermarket, the ski station and the Kaprun ski area (5 minutes by car or ski bus). Communication with the host was very good and I received all the necessary information in a timely manner. We liked it a lot and we definitely want to come back.

too expensive versus the low quality of the accommodation, in spite of good position;

When meeting the host, he was nice, providing explanation and touristic advices, including selling summer carts. Location good, landscapes nice. He was also answering the phone when we needed support regarding the accommodation.

the sofa was not suitable for sleeping although counted as such and paid for accordingly; we had to manage sleeping somehow by improvising; the sheets were tarnished; the overall cleaning in the rooms was poor (Ex. a lot of dust under the beds); only one toilet and one shower for the entire apartment (for 6 persons) which obviously not sufficient; at arrival it was a confusion between the rooms, therefore we shall wait and give several calls to the host to identify which room is reserved for us; once clarified, we finally could to check in; the key was waiting in the door;

Pet Friendly and Good Location

Good location. Supermarket within walking distance. Pet Friendly. Stayed on ground floor with a garden. Fully equipped kitchen, cosy living room and a nice dining room. The bedroom is a separate room and it is big and spacious.

The reception staff went off at 5pm, If we are back to the accommodation after 5pm and need help, no one available except a mobile number to call. I’m from oversea and it’s too expensive to call.

Good stay

-Location was perfect 10 mins from kaprun and 13 mins from zell am see lake -Easy check in and out -Quite and peaceful area -The toilets contain “Shattaf”

-The clean of the room was not that good, A alot of spider weds around the beds .. i know it is a rural area but must be cleaned. -Beds uncomfortable - some rooms have windows protection from mosquitoes and bees and some are not. - lights in the balcony was not work. -No AC

Very good

We got the Zel-Am See card which saved us a lot of money! So it was worth staying at this town just for this reason. The apartment is pretty big. For the apartment in Zell Am See: Bedrooms and living room are pretty big so we had lots of space.

Owner's response to simple things (a working TV remote control, a device to hang wet cloths) was very long (1.5 days) even then - the remote control didn't work and it seems like the washing machine hasn't been working for a while (electric outlet looks bad and someone had already unplugged it long before we came - you could tell by the dust around it). Seems like this a property managed by a company or a busy owner that doesn't visit this property himself all the time. The weirdest thing is that I booked property at Piesendorf and the owner changed it to Zell Am See (15 minutes away). I had a car and I didn't mind it too much (and he told me 2 days before, so I found it easily) but still - not what I have booked.

Excellent value for the money - large space, modern equipment. Nothing was problem. Excellent location - just 300m to supermarket, 200m to railway station. Each 30 minutes train to Zell am See.

Nice stay

Nice area with brand new interior design furniture. Good value for money.

Toilet with toilet shower - looked like in Arabic hotels and could not use the small sink there to wash hands. Only one toilet paper roll for 4 days for family. No soap or sponges to wash dishes. Paper notice on the door - that things like dining table and doors are made of wood and if you destroy it with heat or water you will be charged. And the Arabic goggle translationaccrual actually means they will pay us. ;-)
