Wonderful stay with exceptional hospitality! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at this aparthotel. The property was comfortable, welcoming, and beautifully maintained, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious with a great variety of options. A special mention must go to Fatine, the guest manager, who truly made our stay exceptional. She was incredibly attentive to every detail and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. She also took the time to recommend lovely places to visit and gave us great local tips, which made our experience even more enjoyable. What touched us most was the thoughtful gesture she made before we left. Fatine prepared a complimentary platter for us as a goodbye gift, which was such a beautiful and personal touch. It really showed how much she genuinely cares about her guests. Exceptional service, delicious breakfast, comfort, and genuine hospitality. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this aparthotel to anyone visiting the area. Thank you, Fatine, for making our stay so special! ❤️

Everyone who works there was very friendly and helpful. The garden suite was very spacious which was great with a toddler. The room service was useful for us and our orders were always delivered promptly. The lobby was nicely decorated for Christmas so it was nice atmosphere upon arrival. The breakfast food was tasty.

For such a large suite we were a bit confused as to why the bed was just a standard small double. I can't remember the last time we stayed somewhere of this standard that didn't have at least a king bed. The duvets were similar to what you would get in the 90s - like a flat block. A basic synthentic down duvet would make a huge difference to comfort. The 'sofa bed' is just a sheet put over the sofa cushions which are very hard. Overall it seems like the quality of furnishings are very basic and cheap which is a shame because it's a nice space. We were a party of 3 but there were only 2 sets of cutlery, 2 cups, 2 plates etc provided in the kitchen and the quality of utensils was bad. The garden suites are quite dark, being on the bottom floor. We were also woken up several nights at 2 or 3 am by either heavy construction noise outside, or by other guests running up and down the corridor or chatting late at night outside their room. The room doors are not soundproof. The location was not walkable at all with a stroller due to being situated on extremely steep hills. We had to use Uber all the time which grew tiresome with the bad traffic.
