Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus

Heerlijk zwembad om na een dag in Istanbul even lekker bij te komen. Ontbijt is goed en gevarieerd, maar was erg druk in het weekend met een lange wachtrij en onrustig zitten. Het restaurant bij de ontbijtzaal kent een heerlijk terras met prachtig uitzicht over de Bosphorus en de stad. Kamer comfortabel.

Druk bij ontbijt in het weekend. Gym was dicht waardoor er een tijdelijke gym was die erg heet was en weggestopt in een donker hoekje in het hotel. Goed om te realiseren dat dit hotel een stukje uit het centrum ligt en er ongeveer 10min gelopen moet worden naar metro bij Taksim plein.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul. The location is excellent, the rooms are comfortable and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing. What made my stay truly special was the outstanding service from the staff. A special thank you to Mujdat, Murat, Nuhte, and Mikail for their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help with every request. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable and memorable. Thank you for the great hospitality. I look forward to staying here again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Bosphorus with our two kids and truly enjoyed every moment. The hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the service throughout our stay was exceptional. A very special thank you to Tsira, Arda, Ege, and Özlem for their outstanding attention, kindness, and hospitality. They went above and beyond to make our family feel comfortable and cared for, and their genuine friendliness made a big difference to our experience. Traveling with children can sometimes be challenging, but they made everything so easy and enjoyable for us. We truly appreciated the level of care and professionalism from the entire team and would happily recommend Hilton Bosphorus to families visiting Istanbul. We look forward to coming back again soon!

Location

recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed with the experience. First, my deposit was not returned on time, which caused unnecessary inconvenience. The price is quite high for the level of service provided. Additionally, the pool was out of order during my stay, and this was not mentioned anywhere in the reservation details. Overall, the value did not match the cost, and I hope the management improves transparency and service for future guests.
