Location
recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed with the experience. First, my deposit was not returned on time, which caused unnecessary inconvenience. The price is quite high for the level of service provided. Additionally, the pool was out of order during my stay, and this was not mentioned anywhere in the reservation details.
Overall, the value did not match the cost, and I hope the management improves transparency and service for future guests.
