While the staff at Endless Art Hotel were generally pleasant, the overall experience was far below expectations, especially considering the premium rate and how the hotel is marketed. Across three rooms booked as a group, we encountered consistently poor cleanliness, maintenance issues, broken fridges, hairs in bedding, (also including leaks and rubbish left in hallways), and a lift that was occasionally out of service - requiring walks up to our floors including the sixth floor. The bathrooms were rather unhygienic, toiletries - more 2 star than 4 and the overall feel of the hotel was tired and not reflective of its 4-star rating. As an Agoda Diamond member, I was particularly disappointed, and it's even more disheartening that no timely response was given to my direct feedback. Not worth the price, and not an experience I'd recommend.
