    The hotel was so wonderful and the people was working there so awesome I’ll definitely go back again because the way they’re choosing a customer is perfect and it’s really nice and the place the breakfast so test Nice I’ll be into that hotel almost 5 times so for me is a perfect and a good location in Istanbul🙏

    I stayed here with four members of my family. Overall, the rooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable, and the amenities are always readily available. The location is also excellent — very convenient for reaching Taksim, Nişantaşı, and nearby bus stations. However, there were a few things that affected our experience: 1. Noise from events When a wedding or event is held at the Hyatt, the music can be extremely loud and clearly heard from the rooms. I called reception to inform them about the noise, but unfortunately, I was simply told that there was nothing they could do about it. This was disappointing, especially when trying to rest at night. 2. Cleanliness and room atmosphere The overall cleaning, particularly the carpets, was not quite up to my expectations. The room décor also feels somewhat dated and does not give the room a particularly fresh or clean feeling. 3. Bathroom ventilation and drainage The bathrooms themselves are very beautiful, but I really disliked the lack of proper air circulation. There also seemed to be inadequate drainage for water on the bathroom floor, so water would remain rather than drain away properly. For a hotel of this standard, I found this quite inconvenient. 4. Reception service The reception staff could also be more welcoming and courteous. In particular, I found some members of the morning shift to be rather rude and not as helpful or friendly as I would expect from a Hyatt property. 5- some rooms have really bad air conditioning unfortunately we couldn’t fix it
