Right in the heart of Bologna’s Old Town. Couldn’t get a better location! Surprisingly very quiet considering the central location and we were there on one of the busiest weekends of the year. We rented the entire 2 floor apartment for 2 couples. It is a B&B so you could potentially be sharing with other people just to be aware. A small balcony off the upstairs bedroom and a Juliet balcony off the kitchen. Kitchen had a bar fridge with milk, yogurt and juice. There was coffee, a kettle, cereal and some packaged pastries with all the necessary dishware and cutlery. (Italy does not allow B&B’s to serve fresh foods.) No microwave or other kitchen facilities. Marco was an excellent host. Very helpful with restaurant recommendations and quick to respond to WhatsApp messages.

There was really only one shower downstairs. The upstairs bath had a bathtub but was too short to have a proper shower. A bath seat would have worked well there but we managed fine.

Greatly and conveniently located at the city centre, big apartment with many amenities. Marco was very friendly, kind and helpful.

We were unlucky that the lift was out of order.

Fantastic location, right in centre within walking distance of all sights. We had the 3 bed suite, which was lovely. Plenty of options for breakfast, good coffee machine with ample supply of pods,milk and water. Highly recommend this b&b for visit to Bologna.

Nothing, everything was good and met all our needs.

There are very nice views over the rooftops from the bedroom. The rooms are in an attractive old building. The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean.

The bathroom is down a shared corridor, so there is no privacy and other people staying in the upstairs bit of the flat might walk past any time. Dressing gowns were provided, presumably for that reason, but they have shrunk so much that they don't meet at the front! Breakfast is a coffee machine, teabags, milk, yoghurt and dozens of dry cakes wrapped in plastic. We didn't touch any of it, as the flat is surrounded by lovely cafes. We arrived as arranged between 1 and 2, but the owner had gone out, meaning we had to sit in the cafe downstairs for over two hours with our luggage until he came back, which was quite annoying, but may just have been a misunderstanding.
