The flat was clean everythng was provided except for a washing machine. The location and view was amazing. Security was extremely helpful and friendly. Good undercover parking, with well secured gates. Easy access to spar.
The communal braai area was extremely dirty. The grids were messed with monkey faeces as well as the seating area. The toilets at the pool area was also dirty. Not sure about the neighbour's to the left if one is facing 317 kitchen door. They were noisy in the passage area outside the 2nd room window into early parts of the morning.

it’s nearby the beach but the beach was not safe to swim
I was not informed that the lifts was not working when I did the booking and the place was very dusty with the revamping still going on the building
