The location was amazing and the security staff were very helpful.
The construction on Thursday and Friday. The bedding was stained. The microwave was rusty. The chopping board had mould on it.

The bedding is crisp, clean, comfortable. The place is well appointed . The view is superb . There's easy access to the beach & Private parking was a relief to have . Free wifi.
There was no second fan ,for the second room and the aircon was only operating with a fan. The stuffiness was unbearable the first night. Our complaints were attended to and resolved efficiently the next day. Well done to Corrie and team. There was a follow up, follow through,and apology for the inconvenience. The team were consummate professionals - 5 people were appointed to sort our problem and assuage our anxiety . Well done Umdloti Letting company.
