La collocazione dell' appartamento. La distribuzione degli spazi.
La pulizia degli ambienti era molto carente. L'arredamento in camera da letto e tutti i complementi dell'appartamento erano abbastanza trascurati. Un tappeto sporchissimo era in bellavista in zona relax e tapparelle non del tutto funzionanti. Il piano cottura era invaso dalle formiche, il pentolame e gli utensili della cucina vecchi e sporchi, i contenitori per i rifiuti lerci ed un cattivo odore in uno dei bagni. Sconsigliatissimo
