Grand T2 (59m²) ground floor quiet, private garden of 50 sqm. Beautiful bright apartment, renovated, located in the historic center (moving on foot), closed private parking. In one of the most beautiful buildings in Dijon
All shops are 5 min walk (supermarket, bakery, pastry shop, pharmacy, butcher, restaurants ...), but also close to the fair and congress center.
The apartment has a large living room, a large bedroom with a large closet, a separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, an entrance with a closet, a private garage, WiFi. ..
As for cleaning: either you do it yourself (0 €) or you do not want to do it and the cost is 30 €

Roomy apartment with a private garden…perfect for outdoor dining. Location is just minutes from the heart of La Vieille Ville…a short walk and you’re in the middle of the magic.

This is a very spacious one bed apartment, on the edge of historic Dijon, the owner is lovely and we had a great time

This apartment was walking distance to the historic centre. Having access to a patio within a fenced yard was a benefit. Apartment is well shaded keeping the temperature comfortable without air conditioning. WIFI signal was strong. Level of cleanliness was suboptimal. Agnes met us at the apartment and was very helpful orientating us to the area.
