Subhasha Summer House

A fantastic stay in peaceful Tallala with our super host Isuru who welcomed us like family and made our stay very comfortable helping with everything from transport to Tuk Tuk rental and restaurant recommendations. A very warm and helpful guy who seems to really care for his guests and who has taken great pride in developing a comfortable and stylish summer house perfect for families or any small group looking for a calm and quiet stay 4mins away from Tallala beach. We particularly enjoyed watching the wildlife in the morning with a coffee, mongoose, monkey's and chipmunks. Would highly recommend and would return again, the nicest calm and empty beach we have enjoyed in SL to date.

A lovely place to stay just a short walk from Talalla beach. The host was also very welcoming and helpful! I would recommend staying here if you’re coming to Talalla!

Lovely villa, it had just been refurbished so it was immaculate. Comfortable 4 poster bed, nice outdoor bathroom, kitchen with all the amenities that I needed. Lovely outdoor seating area where I could do my yoga. Beautiful garden with sunbeds. Good wifi connection. Just a 5 min walk to beach and restaurants. The host was very attentive and always available to message if you needed anything. I stayed there for quite a while whilst doing some volunteer work but this place is also a bit of luxury for a holiday especially for couples.

At the moment there was no option to buy breakfast or dinner but this wasn't an issue as I could cook in the kitchen or purchase dinner nearby. There was no TV but this was okay as I had my tablet with me. Sri lanka can be quite noisy at night so advisable to bring earplugs for wherever you stay.
