Great location, 10-15 minute walk to beaches and town. If you want somewhere close to eat, there are also some restaurants a few minutes away. Host was very accommodating and helpful. Room was clean and good aircon.

We loved Everything about this place. It was the best place we stayed in hole Sri Lanka. The room has a shared kitchen with a fridge and free tea and coffee. Warm lovely shower, and the best terrace overlooking the garden. It was so wonderful sitting there looking at all the birds, peacocks, giant lizards and so many different monkeys. A living zoo, absolutely wonderful wild life. The top roof has a stunning view over the sea. The Hiriketiya beach is only a short walk from here maybe 5 min. Very close to Blue beach Island. It’s located in a nice and quiet area away from the party areas. The owners and people working there are so sweet and helpful with whatever you need. They also do laundry and they served us a free breakfast the first day. I highly recommend this place
