L'accoglienza dei proprietari gentilissimi a cui fa piacere fare due chiacchiere, dare consigli e offrire il thè, tengono le stanze molto pulite e la villa si trova in una posizione tranquilla ma comunque a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e dalle scuole di surf. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

New Proprietary was the best place I’ve ever stayed in Sri Lanka. The owner is amazing, as is his whole family and their super fun kids! We learned so much about plants and food. Next time I come back to Sri Lanka, I’ll book only here for my entire stay. 100% worth it!

Good aircon and fans in room. Comfy beds. Large balcony with furniture to chill on.
Backs right onto the railway line, which is super loud every time a train goes by. Initially booked all of the 3 rooms upstairs but they double booked so we ended up with two rooms, so had to put a mattress on floor in one, and share the kitchen and second bathroom. Helpful hosts live downstairs, but no English.
